   I had such a lovely experience at this local jeweller. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel genuinely welcome — everyone was friendly, patient, and couldn’t do enough to help. I needed links adding to my watch, which turned out not to be straightforward at all, but they worked with me until we got it sorted perfectly. Nothing felt like too much trouble. A fantastic local shop with truly great employees. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   We had the wonderful Yvonne help is with selecting an eternity ring, she was extremely patient as I tried on around 15 different rings, going back to the same ones a few times too! Yvonne was amazing with helping us to choose the perfect ring, and the make the experience even better Wayne gave my wedding band and engagement ring a clean too! We were so chuffed to have had such a wonderful experience with them both, made it very easy to make the purchase after many months of looking, thank you so much!

   We had great service from Wayne when trying to find an engagement ring. Nothing was too much trouble, as we looked at lots, but ended back at the first one. Was ordered, and arrived at the store in record time. Picking up was easy and quick. All the staff was fantastic and very helpful, would definitely recommend if you want first class service. One happy fiancée, that’s all that matters.

   Me and my partner went to ernest jones (fareham) to purchase our wedding rings, we were served by jemma who was more than happy to help us both find our perfect rings. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was very patient. We cant thank the service and customer care enough. Highly recommended, we definitely be back for the eternity ring.

   Watch dropped in for service in March 18. Said 6 weeks for repair. Finally got it back in July after lots of chasing and a non returned call from branch. No discount offered for the long wait. Will not use them again.
