I was served by this absolutely amazing lady named Jessica. She was a star, and a great asset to the company! She helped me find a necklace for my mothers 50th, and we talked through some bits and bobs. She is truly an amazing person, I wish her only the best in life!! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!!!!
Visited store recently looking for charms for a birthday gift.I didn't have a clue what I was doing or indeed looking for. Lovely woman called Ellie was very helpful and patient with me whilst I tried to make my mind up. Excellent advice and service I will be back.
I have always used pandora at David Christopher ( the girls know me now by name). They are lovely chatty and very helpful ! They always go above and beyond to help me on the phone or face to face. They exchange my jewellery if I ever have any problems and are more than welcoming and helpful.
Didn’t even get acknowledged by the two girls working there when looking at pandora charms - we were looking to add some on for both of our daughters bracelets, but after walking into an empty shop and neither member being interested we left and will go to Whiteley instead.
I recently wanted to purchase a swaskovski Angelic Jewellery set. However, when I was searching the internet .. all the websites that sold it (including Swaskovski) didn't accurately list what was in the box (three items). I then came across David Christopher who accurately listed what was in the box (peace of mind) and promised next day delivery. As promised the jewellery came next day via royal mail special delivery. To my delight there was complimentary chocolates included in the package. Would totally recommend this company for attention to detail and a thoroughly professional service
Requested a price match which was agreed via email, however they didn't honour it. Emailed back to query it along with a screen shot showing the matched price and was told the price match code shouldn't have been agreed and that a £15 discount was the intended "good will" counter offer.
I went into the Pandora section today with my husband to choose a ring for my upcoming birthday. I would just like to say how lovely and friendly Kate was and to thank her for her excellent customer service. My husband was also very impressed with her and the shop and I have a feeling my ring will be on my finger on the day!
