   I went in to Claire’s fareham last week and had the strangest interaction with one of the ladies behind the cash desk. She was very rude and lacked customer service when I asked to return something she said it was very strange when I said I didn’t realise how much it was, she asked if I had ever worked in retail before and said I should understand how stressful it is for her. I went in there today and she walked away from the cash desk and someone else served me instead

   Booked a piercing appointment for my child under the advice of a worker there as my child wanted a duel piercing. We arrived before the appointment (which was the day after the phone call) and the lady I spoke to didn't really remember the phone call, even though it was only about an hour before they closed. They didn't say they didn't have any of the standard solutions so I had to pay £10 extra for this different solution which I wasn't expecting and smells like swimming pool water! When the other girl put the dots on, I asked if they could be moved slightly as I thought they were too high and she said no! I still think they're too high. The piercing then wasn't done duel as requested.... So I was NOT IMPRESSED at all.
