Bought a ring via the website. Was sent to store, but I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched as no longer needed. Now they won't refund me even though I haven't had the ring. Tried calling their customer service number and they just hang up on you as they can't be bothered to answer the call. Terrible service. Avoid this store especially buying online. 4 days later, still no sign of my refund or getting it sorted by the company.
