In recent weeks I have had a new battery in my Rado, a service on my tag heuer and bought a new Tissot watch. On every visit I have been assisted by Eleese (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong), who was very professional and helpful and a credit to the company. Bought a replacement link for gold St Christopher from them. After a few months the link simply broke, not yanked or anything, just broke while sitting down. Took back in, was sent away & informed they would not replace as analysis showed it had been yanked???I have bought wedding rings, had jewellery re-sized with them etc, etc in the past. Never had a problem. Will never use again, absolutely shoddy workmanship and non existent aftercare.

Just want to say thank you to the 3 members of staff who helped me with the purchase of my first hamilton watch. The only name I got was george, but the other 2 ladies who helped sort all my finance and paperwork did a great job. Went in had a look found what we liked and bought it. Staff very helpful and not pushy as we experienced in other jewellery shops. Would go there again. And recommend.
I recently purchased an engagement ring. Chris was very thoughtful and patient with many ring suggestions and helped find the right one. The people I spoke to were all very helpful and friendly. The ring had to be ordered and re-sized. They were able to have it arrive much earlier than expected. I would recommend their store.
