The deputy manager in there is so friendly and really loved our 5 month old Red fox Labrador puppy called Rocky. Giving him all the fuses and didn't mind he was knocking all the cat treats off the shelf. Thank you for being so helpful to us.
Excellent location, easy parking and honestly the nicest people. We were served by Caroline who went out of her way to track down the best promotional discounts on our app, and ended up saving us about £30. Really impressed with this, and there's such a great range of stuff instore too!
Have been into this store twice recently after rescuing our pup from Romania and the customer service we’ve received both times has been phenomenal. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and what promotions you can benefit from, the team should be very proud of the reputation they hold so highly.
Went to purchase a biorb (fish tank) as it stated on their website that they told them, but, guess what doesn't have any. You have to order online!!! You can purchase fish but not all tanks are sold here.
The staff are really good, have had everything I need every time I've visited for my puppy with the exception of crate covers, which they do online. Shame they're not in store as I bought the crate there 3 days ago.
The vet was amazing treating our pet Raccoon for diabetes, caring for her and not rushing us.
It's a nice welcoming shop although as with most pet shops, they do give out incorrect care information for animals such as guinea pigs and rabbits. Outside of that it is always clean, the animals are looked after better than most pets at home stores and they are always happy to help
