   Don’t buy your fish from here! My son brought his first ever fish from them, he chose 4 randomly from the cold water tank. We found them to be very helpful and took all their advice and brought all the equipment advised. Turns out, 3 of them (which we later found out were a Platy, Guppy and Endler Guppy) are cold water fishes. 3 died what we thought to be unexplainably, but now we know why and my 4 year old boy has been devastated. I also found out after asking around that Arundel Aviaries seem to be renown for poor fish treatment, with one person telling me a vet told them they get a lot of fish with the same disease from there.

   Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop I had an awful experience with Arundel Aviaries & Fisheries Ltd. I bought three birds for £120 (£40 each). Just a week later, I contacted them to return the birds because I couldn’t keep them. The shop said they’d only give me half the money back, even though they never mentioned any return policy when I bought them. Two weeks later, I took the birds back, and they kept the birds without giving me a single penny back. I lost the full £120. I was shocked at how unfairly I was treated. This shop clearly doesn’t care about customer service or honesty. There was no transparency, no fairness, and no respect for customers. I’d strongly advise people to stay away and spend their money somewhere more trustworthy

   Good selection of all animals, reasonable prices however I am seriously concerned about the health of the fish. All the tanks look old and seriously rusted. A lot of the glass is cracked and the water doesn't look consistent and clear. The back room of tanks just looks dirty. Some fish looked healthy whilst others looked like they were struggling, but no visible signs of ammonia burn or anything.

   First visit in a long while and would defiantly recommend. Staff were friendly and welcoming to our kids. Knowledge and guidance on fish and accessories in the tank were fantastic. Much better than chained aquatic stores. Will definitely be back.

   Went here last week to purchase our son's first fish, staff were very patient and helpful with all questions we had. Already been back a couple of times to get some advice and don't really plan to go anywhere else in the future. They have a great range of both tropical and cold water fish among other animals. If you're thinking about going here, don't hesitate.

   Wow unfortunately this was first and last ever visit to Arundel Aviaries & Fisheries the shop is dirty and old and there cold water and pond fish a VERY MISTREATED and DIRTY as well as dead floaters and very unhappy fish......Can I please state that the TROPICAL AND MARINE FISH and totally different and beautifully looked after and well maintained I'd even say that they where owned by professionals as the 2 parts of the shop where like day and night..........If your looking for cold water or pond or even birds and reptiles please go elsewhere I'd say they are very close to being cruel.......
