Went there yesterday the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Really good advice to my freind who is new to the hobby.The staff helped her find the right filter and plants for her tank set up. I have also brought fish from there and found them good at giving advice about fish and what would work in my tank.

Couldn't recommend this store enough. I have seen the same gentleman a couple of times and his knowledge is above and beyond. Extremely helpful and explains everything I need to know. Tests your water for free. Very grateful and appreciatively they are local to me. Also very nice store, extremely clean.
One of the best aquatic stores I've visited in a long time! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer helpful advice. Every visit has been met with a warm welcome and great customer service. I recently moved to the area a few months ago, and I’m really glad to have found such a reliable and well-stocked local aquatic shop. The selection of fish, plants, and equipment is impressive, and everything is well looked after. There were some absolutely gorgeous fish in stock that I would be tempted to take home if I could but the picture shows the plants that I could take home. So far, my experience has been excellent, and I’ll definitely be returning regularly. Highly recommend to anyone in the area—whether you're a beginner or an experienced aquarist!
Needed a few items. The two staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Massive selection of fish and products. Don't forget to register your number plate for parking. Another visit and very helpful staff made it a positive experience
Been here a few times now, the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful on giving advice, very knowledgeable. They also have a fantastic range of fish, my 4 year old loves going to feed the koi fish. We will always be coming to Maidenhead of any of our fish needs

Genuinely don't think I've ever been to an aquatics shop that has been as welcoming as Maidenhead Aquatics was! And with a large indoor pond with opportunity to feed the rather large fish, my kid loved it all the more! Highly recommend this place.
Fabulous customer service, not much of a variety of tropical fish and most were in quarantine (which is not a bad thing, just disappointing) and livestock still quite expensive. Other than livestock prices were good on products.
Maidenhead Aquatics Southsea is a very good place to buy aquatic plants, freshwater fish (tropical and cold water fishes), saltwater fish, snails, shrimps, plants, live corals, almost everything! Plus the staffs are amazing in giving out advices and recommendations for my first fish tank here in the UK. They made sure that I'm doing it right according to the existing laws about aquatic pets. Prices are quite affordable, although I haven't been to any pet stores yet. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for aquatic and marine products.
