“We went to Harbour Vets emergency hospital a few Saturdays ago due to our 8 year old golden retriever passing blood in her poo and sick. I thought it was the beginning of the end. However the vet there, explained what he was going to do, plus what the next steps could be. After 3 days on antibiotics and prebiotics she became much better and back to her normal self. “I always get my hens pellets, corn and dog foods here. Having to lift these heavy sacks is sometimes becoming just impossible! Old age is winning! But… today the Deputy Manager kindly loaded my trolley, put it all through the tills and took the trolley out to the car. She then loaded it all into my car and took the trolley back! 2 sacks of pellets , 2 sacks of corn, straw, a sack of dog food, large sawdust, dog treats… heavy trolley! I was so very grateful to her. People who go over and above to help a customer are rare nowadays! Many thanks to her… I think her name was Charlotte.”

“It is very huge with a lot of parking available. Located in a retail park so there are other stores nearby and hence is convenient. Has a large collection of different items and easy to locate everything woth the help of the boards and posters. I havent had to approach the staff at all so cant comment on it. The store was literally empty, I dont know why. The store itself looks so elegant and I like it.”
