Had the misfortune to have to use this today. Queue nearly out the door, staff working with urgency of a glacier. I used to have this as my nominated pharmacy but I changed, today for some reason it was sent there. Remember why I changed now. Awful place hope to never have to frequent it again
World’s slowest pharmacy. I appreciate things take time but I have been stood in the queue for 10 minutes with 3+ members of staff standing around out back. No sense of urgency for the 9 customers stood waiting in the queue. Rarely take the time to leave a bad review, this was something else.
Do not book your flu jab here!!! Me and my partner had a flu jab appointment last Friday. We arrived to the pharmacy about 10 mins before our appointment, where we found out that the pharmacist wasn't in & as such, the appointment had to be re-scheduled. Both of us have a full time job so we had to leave work early to make it to the appointment. It would have been nice if the pharmacy notified us about the cancellation in advance but all they could say when we were there was "don't worry, you are not the only one who was supposed to have an appointment today "... So then we rescheduled our appointment for the following Tuesday. Again, we arranged our day around the appointment, only to find out that the appointment has been cancelled once again. At least, this time we received an email notification on the day (little too late again) & a separate email with the re-scheduled date & time. They didn't even bother checking if the new date and time would even suit us... Obviously, after being messed around twice now, there's no way we will go to this place, neither will we book any other appointments here in the future. Extremely poor service!
Great staff at this location. I would particularly like to mention Lauren and Katie for their professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness. Well done. I would further like to say, in these difficult times people are always ready to criticise. I have been there again today and received a first class service from Vish, Kathryn and Lauren. Simply the Best!!!!!!!
If I wanted to listen to the staff complaining about not clearing up the night before or that someone spent most of their time in the consulting room I would have watched an episode of emmerdale. Slating other members of staff in front of customers is very unprofessional. Not forgetting the queueing when there is four members of staff chatting at the back whilst customers waiting. Rediculous!
The worst pharmacy I have ever used! Very poor turnaround for repeat prescriptions. Also out - sourcing work now which adds a further 48hours on to the 7 days!
What a joke , slower than anyone could ever imagine. I have been waiting 9 minutes now because the lady doesn't know how to use the till . She asked the four there's for help but nothing. She mow has gone around the counter to ask again. The young lady was lovely and apologised , the rest need firing .34 minutes to collect a prescription that was ready.
