I have quite a pleasant experience with this pharmacy. It’s located in a very convenient location so I can get to it easily. The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because they said they were going to contact me once my prescription arrived but they never did, I had to come in myself to find out if it had arrived when the pharmacy was near closing. No other issues except that.

Hi have nothing but praise for Tuckers ipharmacy, everyone has been kind and helpful, a lot ot the problems that arises stem from poor communication from the the Oaks .I would certainly recommend them Marie Bailey

The pharmacy I had been using in Lovedean closed down, and Tuckers in Cowplain were the next closest. However by comparison Tuckers are very poor. The pharmacist is unhelpful. The staff appear unhappy. Service is slow, and they do not carry much stock as on two occasions I have been unable to collect my full prescription due to them being short of stock.

Appalling service Pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. He accused me of using the wrong phone number when I highlighted that I’d allied 123 times and number engaged. To the point I showed all the times on my phone, he then said I was using the wrong number! The same number they’d answered earlier that day! Absolutely disgusting service!

The pharmacist was really unhelpful. Although I only needed to pick up a repeat prescription you would of thought I had asked for them to donate a kidney! I should of ordered it I know. But to just be refused my medication when he could of easily gave it to me I just unbelievable. I will now have a banging headache for the next 3 days! He really showed me didn't he?

This chemist has been near my Nan’s forever, old school pharmacy with a bunch of other random things for sale. Always busy, loyal locals! One lady who works there is possibly the rudest person to work in a customer facing role I’ve ever met, I didn’t catch her name but everyone around the area who has been in will know exactly who I’m talking about. She makes for a very unpleasant experience - everyone else seems nice and friendly, she’s just aggressive!

I have used Tucker's Pharmacy for at least 30 years. It used to be further along the A3. From the off I have had nothing but help from them, and not just any help, they go out of their way to order, supply and sometimes (when I have been unable to collect) deliver my various medications. I have often asked the pharmacist's advice and have had no reason to doubt their knowledge and professionalism. I would never hesitate to recommend them. A friendly staffed, homely shop that is far more than just a pharmacy.
