Normally great but have been trying to get hold of them since Monday. No one answering the phone. 12 calls made between 10 - 12 today, no answer.

I’ve been trying to contact the pharmacy via telephone after calling a few times the pharmacy have taken the phone off the without realising I’m on the other end I’m sat here right now and it sounds like they employees are having a conversation that in funny!!! Oops they have just realised and hung absolutely disgusting!!!

The service from this pharmacy has really deteriorated. To be honest, the staff have been less than helpful for some time now (with the exception of Debbie, who has always been a pleasure to deal with). Now they seem to treat customers as a nuisance. Today, once again, they are not answering the phone at all.
Staff are very rude to the customers. Laughing behind the counter. No body is friendly and not helpful either.
I use to love this chemist, its gone so down hill. Staff so rude, except a lady called Debbie who's so lovely and helpful. But one lady in particular who's always like she's in a bad mood, bad telephone manner, aggressive, unhelpful, never smiles and very rude and abrupt. Medication never ready on time or takes too long to get medication in if run out. Due to covid 19 Staff make you feel very uneasy if you don't wear a face mask and they talk behind the counter about you and you can hear what they are saying. Not helpful for anyone with anxiety problems. Avoid if you can.

Made to feel very uncomfortable for not wearing a face covering. Was stared at by all staff and had whispers and sarcastic comments about my exemption lanyard which made me feel very anxious. I understand we are in stressful times at the moment but no need to treat people who have valid reasons for not wearing a face covering like that. I've changed pharmacies now as I don't want to experience that again, awful customer service.
