Since becoming part of Allied Pharmacy service and response has gone down. Response on delayed prescribed "sorry we're behind". I'd run out. Today tried to follow up another prescription using phone. Gave up after 55 minutes of which I was number one in the queue for 40 minutes. Abysmal

Think the two older ladies need some newer and up to date training. Rude to members of staff and customer. Abrupt to people genuinely curious or needing some help. They make remarks to each other about customers while hiding behind the counter too. Everything is too much for these ladies. Left to go to a further away pharmacy after 8 months because I dreaded seeing these ladies every 3 weeks. All round awful people who are in the wrong line of work.

The people that work here are unbelievably rude. To the point of bullying. Rude to customers asking for simple help. Rude to people on the phone. Even rude to a junior member of staff. Which I heard whilst waiting in store. I have never dealt with such miserable people. In this line of work you’d think they would have some empathy for poorly people. These women really need some training in customer services.

You would think that working at a pharmacy where the customers are either sick, or caring for someone that is ill, the staff would be trained in customer service and at least try and show some empathy. Sadly this isn't the case. They are the most rudest and miserable staff I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My mother is dying from terminal cancer...they know this, but still they have such a crappy attitude, and whenever we go to collect anything they behave like we are just annoying them. We even had some nurses go to collect a prescription on our behalf, and they returned saying how rude the staff is. We have now been forced to change to an online pharmacy, because whilst dealing with caring for a dying mother, we can do without the extra stress of having to deal with these rude people. I am amazed that reading through the reviews that this isn't new news, so obviously nothing is being done about it.

Over 10+ years using this location, always found rude, unhelpful staff who always seem to have an attitude. Totally unecessary especially when you're generally feeling your worst for needing to pick up from a pharmacy. No need to treat people with such disregard.

For years we have been going here but it's time for a change... The staff seem so rude now. Don't dare question anything they do! Having had a supply issue with one prescribed drug and with the dute pharmacist unwilling to split the 0rescription,I got back in touch with the surgery next door to get the SEC's opinion. Once sorted, I went back into the pharmacy to collect the medication they DID have and was met with a less than welcome, sarcastic response. TO THE THREE WOMEN WORKING THERE TODAY..... IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOBS AND/OR STRUGGLE TO SPEAK TO THE PUBLIC WITHOUT SEEMING RUDE..... IT MIGHT BE TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER VOCATION! The attitude and rude manner of talking In front of my 7 year old wasn't necessary and she asked me why the lady was cross. Not professional ladies. Having retired pharmacists in the family, I know it can be done differently.

There is a very large blonde woman who works in there who is normally sat down on the computer and she is SO RUDE, SO unprofessional. I HATE going in there because of her because she is always so argumentative and terrible at her job. Not helpful in the slightest, she needs to be sacked or needs more training in customer service because she is just truly awful at talking to people and I always leave there so upset and angry from the way she has treated me. Terrible terrible service.

I wanted to give a No Star rating but unfortunately you can't. Where to start, Firstly the workers at this chemist, especially one certain woman, I won't name because I do not know if it's allowed, but the staff at this pharmacy police your prescriptions, even though you have a private consultation with your doctor and then hand them your prescription, if it's not the same as your regular medicine or you are getting a high dosage they literally start to discuss this amongst themselves in full view of customers whilst you stand there and feel like a criminal , then without any explanation to you, they then take your prescription back to the doctor to verify it is ok for you to have. By this time every one has their eye on you like you have done something wrong and any Private consultation you might of had with your doctor is know longer private because not only do all the staff know but half the customers who are in ear shot. Very unprofessional and what business is it of theirs to query your medication the doctor has just prescribed you! When asked about their actions they justified it by saying doctors make mistakes, I am going to be making a formal complaint and we have since changed pharmacy . This incident was the final straw as there were many other occasions of staff treating customers like they were 5 years old, dictating to them instead of talking with them.
