Popped in here to see about medication for my sore throat. I was asked if I wanted a consultation with the pharmacist, which I did. They were extremely helpful and nice. I'll be using this pharmacy in future.
Well what can I say or where to start?? Originally reviewed here as 5 stars but unfortunately the service plummeted since then! So much if I could give no stars I would. *Never answer the phone! *always state their short staffed but when you go in their fighting over each other to move around *Prescriptions are all over the place! *Complain about ordering too often even though you work away & have your GP's permission! *Collect your meds & get home and get a text your medication is ready! Only to go back to find they had it packed but just forgot to give you it. *gave me the incorrect insulin but luckily I realised as the colour of the pen was wrong. Took my surgery's advice and found elsewhere to take my Prescriptions too. Shop staff are friendly maybe they should pass their customer service skills to the actual Female Pharmacist.

I have had good service over the few years I've used them. Never had any major issues. Repeat prescription service works well and I am sent a txt message when ready to collect. Staff are friendly some of them know me by name which is lovely very personable service. They have some regular pharmacists too which is always a good sign.
Lovely pharmacy team helped my grandparents with their flu jab and also deliver their prescriptions. Such hard working, kind team.
