   I don’t understand the negative reviews here? The entitled complainers are beyond ridiculous. I’ve been using this pharmacy since I moved here and have always been helpful, friendly and prompt. Yes they close when on breaks but that’s the law. This is local and convenient for me and open hours that suit my life style and work. I recommend this pharmacy, the shop not so much lol.

   It was a good pharmacy when it first opened but over the years it's been slowly falling behind others. And now it's regularly closed for some reason or other. I've now moved to bosmere pharmacy as they have more items available.

   Visited the Asda pharmacy in Havant to collect my medication today and was told the pharmacist has gone for his lunch and that I needed to wait for about 20-30mins. I was surprised that customers will have to wait this long to be served. Only one pharmacist working is not great. This lady who attended to me and asked me to wait was rather focused on chatting with her colleague as I appeared to be a bother. I had no option than to walk around the shop to buy away time. I don't think is acceptable. At least, there should be a cover when the pharmacist is on his break.

   Had an urgent prescription send via my GP to be told it will take 3 days?! Can someone please explain why you NEVER answer your phone. Fed up having to drive all the way there to be told its not ready or its out of stock.

   I booked up for my flu jab. Over 20 minutes waiting in line to be told they didn't get any vaccinations in that day. They were able to send me a text message confirming the appointment, but apparently it's beyond their ability to send a message cancelling the appointment. Utter waste of my time. Totally unapologetic. I've seen the replies to other people's reviews on here. I don't use Facebook or Twitter so please don't asked me to repeat this there.

They were able to send me a text message confirming the appointment, but apparently it's beyond their ability to send a message cancelling the appointment. Utter waste of my time.    Refused to help a three year old boy, who was visiting the UK and couldn’t get an appointment with a GP. Didn’t tell us where we can get help or offer any kind of advice. Extremely rude and unhelpful.

   No experience really as they didn’t have a pharmacist ( who apparently just didn’t turn up) to dispense my prescription needed quite urgently this weekend 6/11/22 Thank you very much. Further 111 have told me I now have to wait at least two hours to be re-prescribed with another chemist.

   Badly organised pharmacy, insist items on a batch prescription have expired when it hasn't. Hardly ever answer the phone, when they do the staff can't find your records. Four months in a row we ended up without medications because they made mistakes. Would not recommend at all.
