Lovely pharmacy and even lovelier staff! They are so sweet and accommodating. They are always so willing to help and give good advice.
This chemist is the best around in all of Portsmouth. Only had to wait 1 minute to be served. I had a lot of medication to get, and they had it all and gave me it in 5 minutes. They are friendly and welcoming. If you ask for something, they will help you find it. Also find you the cheapest one in the shop to save you money. I couldn't be happier about this, no longer waiting 30 minutes for a Perscription. I spoke to chemist about my daughter being ill and was great.
The best pharmacy around, staff so knowledgeable and friendly. Today they used the new guidance to be able to issue antibiotics for my little boy.
This continues to be the loveliest community pharmacy. Staff have made the effort to know me by name when I come in to grab my prescription. A couple have worked there for years alongside Mr Bobat and have continued his ethos and others who have joined have naturally just picked it up. Unquestionably accepting and lovely staff.
Poor service. My wife came in today - Karen was unnecessary rude to her; poor communication skills and general service. Would not rate or use.
They delivered my mum’s antibiotics without any of us asking and I know they’re a small chemist. Thank you, much appreciated.
Always helpful, knowledge and efficient
Staff are always helpful, very prompt at ordering repeat prescriptions. Also rang to offer advice when starting new medication and check everything was going well. Highly recommended
