Excellent service - both on the phone and in person. Walked in mid afternoon to get my NHS flu vaccine and a week later to get my private Covid vaccine. Hardly any queues and very friendly and efficient.
Davies at Havant do a wonderful job providing the vaccines without an appointment. I go there every year and all staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Many thanks to all staff.
I have never been so badly treated by the male receptionist who took my details to have my covid and flu vaccine today . Blunt questions , no greeting what so ever , I wouldn’t talk to a dog like it. The next bit was even worse , number called, no greeting told to sit . I wasnt asked if I was ok and feeling ok, he didn’t evening look at me. My blood pressure was taken twice , I was told I had to take my BP 6 times and take back in. I assumed as there was no explanation , I proceeded to put my jacket on, and was told he hadn’t finished. Never again will I use this terrible service, and the NHS pays these people. I worked for the NHS for 25 years and always treated people with the upmost respect. An answer would be very much appreciated .
My Mother's local pharmacy have let her down twice with completing urgent prescriptions and on both instances, Davies Pharmacy have stepped in to save the day. Brilliant, friendly service from the entire team. Thank you so very much, would absolutely recommend without hesitation!
I am grateful for the optimal service provided by Davies Pharmacy for the management of medication for my father who, is unable to self collect due to medical reasons. His blister packs are managed well and the gentleman delivering the medications was respectful, polite and courteous. Great service thank you.
Went in yesterday and saw NHS blood pressure checks on offer. Thank you very much to the lovely lady who did my husbands and mine. Thank you also to the very nice lady behind the counter.
Massive well done to the two nurses today who were so patient and supportive towards my very nervous grandson having his Covid vaccination.

I received my booster jab at Davies pharmacy today and it was a very good experience. The volunteers and professionals were friendly, helpful and reassuring. The facilities felt safe and comfortable. I would recommend.
Friendly staff to greet, lovely calm & professional area where vaccine was given and nice simple idea of putting a sticker on each patient to show when 15min waiting had expired and we could leave. The only downside is that it was a chilly day, so cool waiting to go in for vaccine and room where we waited to leave was also cool. This was not fault of the staff as am guessing they had to ensure there was lots of fresh air. All round, a very pleasant experience. A big thank you to everyone involved.
