   First time that Eli and I have been seen by Amelie, and we were as happy as we have been on all of our previous visits. She wanted to understand the back story with his condition, any recent issues and how responsive he was to the treatment. We also discussed alternatives to his current medication. My overriding wish is for my dog to be as happy and healthy as possible, and I got the feeling that was the Vets objective too.

   My dog Wilson was in so much pain, the nurse got straight into examine Wilson doing movements on his legs. He said Wilson is in so much pain as his back was arched, he went to take his temperature in his back passage and noticed his annual glands was blocked, he cleared a lot of it and gave Wilson a pain killer. He explained every to us , if he needs to come back in in 2 weeks with no change. When we left Wilson was he was jumping around no problems at all. Thank you so much.

   Had a vaccination due for my dog. Switched over from another vet recently and this was the first time I had an appointment here. Whole process was quick, easy and seamless. The vet took his time and was thorough with the check up, answered my questions and gave as much information and detail as he could for my queries. Gave me recommendations going forward. I didn't feel like I was just being rushed in and out. I arrived early as I had questions and the staff were helpful from start to finish. Very happy with it all.

   Took my rabbit in for a check up and the vet was absolutely fantastic. Very informative, thorough with her check and very kind. I was really impressed and pleased. The appointment didn't feel rushed at all, and I was able to ask as many questions as I needed.

   Just amazing from start to finish. The team are always beyond friendly with both pets and pet parents. Thank you for looking after Paddington, seeing his Hollywood debut was a sight to behold! We hope we don’t visit often but whenever we do, we know we’re always in safe hands! Thanks team.

   Argyle was very well looked after at his neutering appointment. We were kept informed of what to expect and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s a bit woozy now but I’m sure he’ll be causing trouble in no time!

   Nice vets, and always friendly staff. We’ve been fortunate enough to only have to come for annual vaccinations and weight checks and flea and worming medication, but they’ve always been nice when we have. My fur baby gives it a 10/10.

   We visited the vets today and was welcomed by a lovely clerical assistant and booked in. Waited a few minutes for the vet nurse to call us into her room for Truffles appointment. The vet was very helpful, polite and looked after Truffle very well. I’ve never had a problem with this vet and highly recommend it.
