   Decent rooms, clean and comfortable, great for a couple days' business trip. The TV needs to be connected to a device, as it doesn't receive any channels. The hotel is attached to a pub that provides a decent breakfast, and it's close (10-15 minutes walk) to Solent business park. There's also a bus stop right outside. The staff were very helpful, and allowed me to leave my car during the day after I checked out.

   Popped to the parsons on Friday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Thaila was brilliant, very upbeat and friendly checked in several times to make sure we were happy. Lovely evening with friends

   The Lodge offers a great hotel with a spa and a two restaurants, each offering great food and outstanding service. I'd like to mention Holly. She was our waitress each morning and always greeted us with a smile and coffee.

   Excellent service! Receptionist helped me sort my unconnected room mess up promptly despite being really busy. Our meal service from Thaila was exceptional! It’s never easy eating in a restaurant when you’re outnumbered by your kids but she was so accommodating, prompt, and just on the ball, making dinner and breakfast surprisingly enjoyable!

   The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great bathroom with powerful shower. The carpet in our room was noticeably stained and housekeeping did not replenish essentials such as milk, tea, or sugar which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The highlight of our visit was the pub staff, especially Emily. She resolved the housekeeping issues we experienced, ensuring we had what we needed and was helpful, professional and friendly. We had dinner at the pub which was extremely busy but the food came out quickly despite every table being full, portion sizes were good and the food was delicious. Emily remembered us from earlier, greeted us warmly and was very helpful with menu recommendations. The young waitress with long brown hair who brought our food out was also lovely. Overall the housekeeping side and state of the carpets could certainly be improved but the pub staff really stood out and made a huge difference to our stay.

   Hotel room was great for the price. Comfy bed, great shower and clean. Only negative was that although breakfast was nice, we weren’t told when it was when we checked in and it’s not written anywhere that we could find. If you pay for a cooked breakfast you have to pay on top for a continental breakfast (even if you want toast with your English breakfast).

   Absolutely lovely stay here. Large well apportioned rooms where they’ve clearly thought about some details in the design. For a three star hotel it has features not always found in four and five star hotels. Nice modern interior and they’ve done some fun things to make it a bit more interesting. Certain details could be improved, but for a three star I was very impressed with what it had on offer. Additionally it was clean Breakfast was good, it’s a continental with additional cost for cooked. I preferred this as I don’t really need a cooked breakfast. Plenty of parking and if you drive an electric vehicle there’s charging on site.

   Stayed here for a wedding with my husband and 2 young boys. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. It was quiet at night despite being next to a pub, which gave us a brilliant choice for continental breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was easy and made even better when we were able to call ahead to check in early so we could get ready for the wedding in the room. Would recommend.
