Super friendly and attentive staff and vets. They are very patient and knowledgeable, explaining everything and doing the best they can! Real shoutout to Emily and Roe for their great work and everyone else. Has been an all round positive experience for us from vaccines, routine check ups to infection control and all the rest.

Recently changed vets and so pleased to have done so. Always made to feel welcome and don't feel at all rushed. All the staff are so helpful. Unfortunately my Minnie Schnauzer is not keen on going but who wants to go anywhere when they are not feeling well. Well done to you all.

We bid our beautiful boy, Jinksy, a deeply emotional goodbye today and the staff were fantastic on both this visit and a previous one. Thank you Pet Vet x

What a wonderful place! I took my dog for the first time today who is very old. He is normally scared of vets but was not nervous at all. The vet and receptionist were so lovely and friendly, and incredibly kind to my dog. The place is very clean and inviting. I wish I had moved over to them sooner.

Love the team at The Pet Vet. They have been our vet for 6+ years since we adopted Chester. The girls on reception, Lisa and Emily, are always so friendly. They have always been attentive and taken the best care of him. He's a nervous boy since an emergency visit and an operation and they're so calm and patient with him. I also love that they are connected with our insurance provider, VetSure, and when we had to make a claim it was so easy and simple and they took care of everything. Thanks Lisa! Jo & Mark x

They just want your money! Been going this vets for 1.5 years now each couple of months we go in there they have different vets, staff retention must be poor and I swear they have a target to sell you 2 different prescriptions for each condition. Recently went in there for my dogs constant scratching and red skin, the vet hardly examined him and told me he needed an anti itch injection for £100 which will fix it in a few hours. 2 days later, he's still itchy, I've wasted my money and feel helpless. I phoned them up and they never got back to me!

All the staff were amazing. My dog was treated and all costs explained ahead of time. My dog is very nervous but the staff were brilliant and patient with him

They give a price which is valid for a month. When I tried to book in the appointment it was delayed on their behalf. Then they could miraculously fit me in one day AFTER the quote expired and wouldn't honour it and tried to tell me the prices had changed and increased from £79, to £139! Waited days for someone to call back to see if they would honour the quote and I eventually gave up waiting and have now booked into another local vet, with a quote of £80 and a booked appointment appointment. Totally unorganised and The vert has gone downhill. I've been registered here a few years now and they have seen and operated on 4 of my animals. I'm unsure if reception staff have changed or management but something has gone wrong and it is reflecting through the practice and the way in which clients are treated. All they seem interested in now is money, not the welfare of the animals. Such a shame but I wouldn't recommend using these at all anymore. With their price increases, they no longer compete with other affordable vets with a much better service.

Avoid at any costs. Booked an appointment for vaccination of our puppy and asked for a specific type (and brand) of a vaccine. Were told by reception that this was available, but when the time for the appointment came they tried using a different vaccine. When we questioned the type they said that it was the same thing. Once the client asks for something, you can just say you don't have it. Now the vaccination cycle has to start from 0. Not impressed!
