   Got a taxi today from Ryde to Sandown - really lovely driver, helpful and chatty. Great price compared to ‘mainland’. Used them to do the return trip after a day at the beach, ran a bit late but made up for it by taking some sneaky routes back - all round 5*****

   My Mum uses them regularly and she can be difficult but they always provide a good reliable service. Whenever there are any problems (rarely) they are always quick to sort it out without any fuss.

   Most of the carpark is empty and so is the pick up point but this taxi parks across the parent and child spots in the rain. Making it difficult to park with the kids. Just another example of them thinking they own the road and park wherever they like.

   Brilliant efficient friendly service. Booking was straight forward and received a text when driver was on his way. Also provided a link to map to show cab’s position in real time. Driver was friendly and offered some useful information about the island. Very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend.

   We booked a taxi from our campsite to go to Newport, which went fine. But we later realised we'd left a bag in the taxi. The driver rushed back to reach our campsite before reception closed (we were still out) and returned the bag. That's great customer service!
