   We have been using this taxi company for about six months and everything had always been fine. Unfortunately, we were really let down today. Our booking was confirmed a week in advance, yet it was cancelled just one day before the trip, leaving us with almost no time to arrange another taxi. After months of reliable service, this sudden last minute cancellation was extremely disappointing and caused a lot of inconvenience. A confirmed booking should not be cancelled without proper notice.

   I got a message to say the taxi was on its way, the Taxi arrived on time, the car was very clean and comfortable, and despite queues at traffic lights, closed roads, and a bin lorry the driver navigated through a back route to get me to the station on time. All for the pre agreed price. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks

   If you want to book them a few hours in advance to get to the train station from anywhere in Haslemere, they can't be bothered, the fare isn't enough. Not exactly helpful when you have luggage and trains have an exact departure time. Are people visiting Surrey simply supposed to drag their bags a mile+ along B-roads?

   I also booked an early morning taxi at the office and on the appointed day NO TAXI. Of the three numbers on their card two were unattended in the office. The last number I phoned woke someone who assured me they had no booking, no available cars and they couldn't help. Last time I try and use them.

   Taxi booked to Heathrow and collect. Our return flight was late and our driver waited over an hour and then had to deal with Friday evening traffic and three older and tired people. Super service and will use again.

   Used this company twice over the weekend. First time, going from the train station to the airbnb was absolutely fine, no worries at all. Booked them to get back to Haslemere train station on the way back, and the driver didn't show up. Called the station twice asking for an update and was told that the driver is on the way and would call. He didn't. He didn't show. Then the station called me and said I'd given the wrong post code and that I should have waited on the street for the taxi to pick me up, that the driver had tried to call or that I should have called him (bearing in mind, at no point was I provided with a phone number). I was shouted at on the phone because some driver got lost on the way to the Airbnb and made to feel like it was my fault. Appalling customer service from the station. But tue taxi driver on the way from the train station was lovely, hence why this isn't a one star only review.

   Had a really awful experience with this company, made. Booking at 7 hours in advance for taxis back from a wedding. Was left waiting outside for over an hour, DO NOT USE

   We pre booked our taxi over two weeks before. It turned up 30 mins late and that was only after we rang them 10 times and they sent a new car. The excuse was “they were very busy” - not acceptable when pre booked.
