Fantastic service, friendly and approachable. They did a great job of helping me organise a tour of local schools with my son (8), turning up promptly and sending tracking reminders prior to the booking, so I could see how far away they were (extremely helpful!).

Excellent. My driver was there waiting for me when my train arrived. He was knowledgeable about the area and took me to my destination quickly and without fuss. Most of all, he was helpful and friendly.

I first contacted the company from my home in Canada and received a quick response. All I needed to give was the time of my arrival at Par station. I was met by a friendly driver and taken to my hotel in Fowey. When it was time to leave, I again sent an email that received a response in about an hour. I was picked up at the hotel and taken back to Par station. I recommend this company without reservation.

Just rang to book a taxi for work in the morning and was told I couldn't book because they don't want to get up that early. Don't bother trying to booking with them. He actually said he could do it, they just don't want to. What amazing customer service.
We had ordered a pre booked taxi from Newquay Airport yesterday morning 24/12/2022 to our home address. Brilliant service, the car arrived on time and the driver helped us with our huge amount of luggage. The driver was called Graham, he was friendly and chatty and it turned out he had previously worked with our son over 10 years ago! We wouldn’t fail to recommend him and Yeo’s taxis again, thank you.
Able to pick up my son to go to college at the time we requested. Although as both my son messaged me and the online tracking app of the taxi showed... the driver was driving like a lunatic/very very fast and up people's backsides. This made him have to make the car jerk a lot from braking last minute etc. Great communication with the call handler and appreciated being fitted in last minute, but perhaps the driver needs to be reminded to drive at the national speed limit and safely when passengers are on board??
I called for a taxi to come at 9.30am to take me to the train station . A car was waiting 5 mins before and messaged to say he was there. It was perfect and very reassuring to see my car ready and waiting and to also have a message to let me know. Very happy with the smooth professional and friendly service . Also very reasonable priced .
