Booked a cab for a certain time. Stressed importance of punctuality as I was hoping to a hospital for surgery. Cab never appeared. I rang repeatedly and went to answerphone each time. They had my number and could have called if there was a problem.
These guys are absolutely brilliant - they really do go above and beyond in terms of keeping you informed and helping you out. Dave went out of his way to help me figure out a complicated journey back from the middle of nowhere and even advised me on which train I should get. Really helpful, brilliant service.

A great company, reliable and a pleasure to use. We had a 2am start and they were there on time and cheerful. They respond to queries really quickly. When our plane was four hours delayed they kept in contact through the whole time and changed their schedule taking every effort to make sure we got home on time without an exorbitant cost that we would have spent otherwise getting a taxi from the airport. Vehicles are spotless and the drivers friendly and thoughtful.
Tarka Taxis has a lovely range of 4, 6 and 8 seater taxis. All driven by honest and reliable drivers. Having been both a customer and also a chosen Valeter for the fleet I know how passionate the staff are about their service. Airport transfer to and from Heathrow. Dave was awesome he took all of the stress out of getting to and from the airport after a long haul. He was on time, friendly with water supplied for us. His vehicle took 4 people with 4 large cases and 4 small carry on cases. He was priced extremely good. I strongly recommend his business
