Outstanding service! After another local taxi company completely let us down, Alfa Cars stepped up at the last minute and absolutely saved the day. They were incredibly flexible, reliable, and professional which was a complete contrast to the experience we had before. We also used them for scheduled transport to and from the Plymouth Rail Station and the service was of similar high quality. The driver was on time, courteous, and made everything stress-free. Amazing, efficient, professional and friendly service. Booked a minibus taxi for the airport transfer to Exeter from Plymouth and return journey for our family holiday. Easy online booking system with great follow up customer service as booking confirmed by Jason over the phone and via WhatsApp and email, very friendly and much appreciated. A text message with tracking app was sent to confirm drivers had set off to pick us up both drivers Alex and Phil were prompt and friendly, taxis were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Price excellent and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, will definitely use again and happy to recommend.
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Booked for Bristol airport drop and collection. Flights were cancelled on way back last minute both Jason and Alex were understanding and more concerned we were ok than the fact we had to cancel last minute. Once we were able to finally book another flight 3 days later again they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to be collected. I needed an airport taxi drop off for Exeter airport for my mother and aunt, both who needed help getting into the airport. I picked Alpha Cars because of the great reviews that they had, and in particular, asked for Jason, who sounded very helpful indeed. Honestly couldnt have been happier with what he did. Really good communication beforehand, and on the day itself. On time, everything was made very easy. On arrivaly at the airport, Jason got as close as he could and then helped them inside the building, made sure that they were ok and was incredibly helpful, courteous and a thoroughly good person. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Very reasonable price too - would have expected the journey and assistance to cost a lot more. We will 100% use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. A huge thank you to Jason, your help and care really means an awful lot. Thank you. For what you did.
I have used this taxi company for 3 long journeys now. One from Exeter to Plymouth and then from Plymouth to Southampton and Southampton back to Plymouth. All 3 occasions they arrived on time, very friendly, clean cars and fortunately happy to stop off so I could have a fag break. The prices are fantastic compared to most taxi companies. It was very easy to book, was kept updated continuously and only booked a few days in advance (due to myself being very unorganised). I couldn't find a fault even if I tried. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, especially women travelling alone or nervous passengers.
Well….was due to go to Bristol airport but the car broke down the night before. We were absolutely stuck and quietly resigned ourselves to not having our holiday. That was until I spoke to Jason! He went above and beyond to get us to the airport, nothing was too much effort for him at all. He assigned us a lovely driver (Rui) who was punctual, polite and got us to the airport on time. We had a lovely holiday, and Jason himself was ready and waiting at Bristol airport to take us back home. Absolutely brilliant journey back and i cant thank Jason and his team enough. They went out of the way to ensure we made our flight without any added worries. I Highly recommend this company. You will be met with professional, lovely drivers who genuinely care about customers.
