    Pre-booked a taxi to and from a work Christmas event, the taxi going to the event was 20 mins late, not the best start but the driver was lovely. 30 minutes after my pre booked pick up time for the end of the evening, no sign of the taxi, app still saying we're trying to allocate a driver. Not great as the venue was closing soon and I would have been waiting on my own. Booked an Uber which arrived in 6 minutes. Won't ever use Taxi First again, too unreliable and prebooking appears to be a waste of time.

    Most of the cars are filthy, strong smell of tobacco or dirt. No standard, we pay not just for a ride. Comfort and safe is important. I wonder if it's checked by the company, before employing them.

    Third time in a row I’ve booked a taxi either the day before or hours before where my taxi hasn’t turned up for over 30 minutes This is the worst taxi service. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to actually get to where you want to go, at the time you requested, or at all. I’ve experienced my pet cats being distressed in their cases crying for ages because the requested taxi booked the night before not showing up until 30 minutes, and I’ve missed trains. As a company they don’t apologise, and they’re never held accountable for their terrible, awful service. You won’t receive any kind of apology or money back for their awful service, and their phone operator’s lie about taxis coming soon. Stay away at all costs!!!!!

    Terrible, was over 10 minutes late so missed train. That in itself wouldn’t warrant a 1* review as these things happen but can’t talk to operator to cancel. Driver then rang to say he’d arrived 20 minutes after that and when I tried to explain he hung up. Late, rude and impossible to talk to anyone

    Absolutely awful I felt very unsafe. Driver was hurrying me up when I didn’t even book the taxi till 16:25 and 16:18 he was asking us to hurry I then got into the car with my 6 year old daughter he zoomed up Biggin hill when I hadn’t even strapped her in, I asked if he was in a rush as I hadn’t strapped her in and all he said was uhhhh to me. And then once settled I realised the driver wasn’t even using his main mirror as it was bent up towards the ceiling as shown on the pictures. This after so many years and put me off using your company, I will be sharing this around.

    Very good service on our night out, I booked a taxi to meet my friend and go to town. They turned up quickly and happy to wait for my friend while this finished up getting ready. We then booked a return taxi around 2pm again prompt arrival. The taxi had been ment for two (me and my friend) however two people joined us and shared the taxi. The driver didn't fuss and all got home safely. Thank you

    Taxi came within 3 minutes after calling and took me home safely. Used card to pay which was good as didn’t have to find cash. The driver was very polite and welcoming towards me, at the end of the journey they very kindly let me pay less than what it displayed on the phone which was very generous. Will definitely be using again and definitely recommend to others. Thank you for getting me home and helping me out.

    Great service. All drivers are polite and helpful. Taxi always arrives on time, never fail. Other companies I used previously always late. Sometimes TAXIfirst as a great saviour when no other taxi companies can't meet your request. Highly recommended.

    Good drive, and the driver even gave me some sound advice about not buying an electric car! Ha, hybrid is the best, he said with conviction, electric take too long to charge!?ha.ha. but he’s right, good man and firm, will use again no problem. Steve.

    I asked for a taxi with access to a specific location, was told that my driver had all the correct passes to gain entry. Upon drivers arrival this was not the case. Due to time constraints had to get in taxi which was followed by a 1 mile walk to my final location whilst carrying a lot of luggage. Not acceptable to tell the customer one thing and then do another. On a good note the driver was apologetic and very polite.
