   I've used this company for a while now but sadly don't think I will again after today's experience, which is a shame really as we often get a taxi after food shops. Most drivers have been great but there seems to be a few who go the wrong route on a simple journey and you have to tell them. Today I told the driver we'd get out and walk the rest of the way because he drove straight past where we live and he didn't seem bothered in any way or apologise. Not exactly ideal with 4 bags of food shopping! The app is rubbish as well as it takes more money to begin with and is only an estimate- you're better off just paying at the end of the trip as makes no difference paying before. I appreciate the drivers who have been great but these things shouldn't be happening on multiple occasions.

   I waited only a short time for Fady to turn up after I’d rung another company who sent my taxi to Worthing instead of Shoreham as they said my destination was out of their area. Fady’s car was warm which I really appreciated as I was so cold. It was nice to chat with him on the journey. Thank you Fady.

   Chris our driver was great took our cases to the door, and offered to stop at a shop on the way home at no extra charge to pick up supplies eg milk, which we declined but was nice to be offered.

   I had a hospital appt so booked my taxi days early. I was concerned when the driver arrived over 10 minutes late, through no real fault of his own. But Dom, who was polite, friendly & professional, still managed to get me to my appt on time and apologised for being late. Great work Dom. Thank you.

   Have been let down repeatedly for months now (and use them 1-2 times per week). Never on time. Have pre-booked and they never arrive on time. When I complain they say best not to pre-book. If you don’t pre-book they nearly always don’t have cars available. Genuinely can’t understand how to use their service without being let down

   Well it would be great if when you advance book a taxi that the operator actually puts it on the system because it never turned up so I had to call the office and had to get another one sent out thus making us late for my son's doctors appointment

   The taxi drivers and the staff are all really lovely and kind but the wait time now to have someone pick you up is unfortunately taking far too long. The wait is 1-2 hours and that’s on a week day, not even rush hour. It’s really off putting and making me want to change companies. The service used to be very quick and reliable. It’s a shame really as I’ve never had any issues with Taxi link in the past.
