Absolutely awesome service. Booked via WhatsApp. Turned up on time. Clean and spacious cab that exactly matched what we asked for in terms of passengers and luggage capacity. Got to the airport on time and Sunny was most helpful with the luggage as I had a back injury. Pricing was super competitive as well. Cheaper than a local orange coloured taxi service. No extra charges, that we have faced before with other competitors after drop off. Other competitors we used previously have refused to have the AC switched on and forced us to sweat with open windows making a racket. Sunny kept the AC on throughout, making the long trip to Heathrow very pleasant. All in all, highly recommended and cannot thank you enough for making the whole experience so nice.

I was really happy with the service I had from HH hospital to Brighton- arrived on time, excellent driving (I am a nervous driver/passenger) and friendly but not too chatty. Aldo very reasonable price. I would use them again and recommend.
We were travelling back from London when there was a train strike so had to get off our train at Haywards heath which was about 30 minutes drive away from home and we were unfamiliar with the area. We called HP taxis first and they were friendly and professional. They offered us a price and I asked if i could call back to confirm after checking other companies. They had no problem with this, I called other companies - all of whom quoted me at least 20% more than HP.. I called HP back and they were happy to oblige. The kind taxi driver called Kero called me to confirm my arrival and to let me know where he would be located. Kero was where he said he would be and even allowed me time to have a quick cigarette before we set off. Great service and a lovely man. Safe driver. Would highly recommend. Thank you
I have been using HP Taxis for airport transfers for 3 months since I started travelling for work again. They are reliable and their prices are good. Sunny, my usual driver, is very nice and helpful with heavy suitcases. Communication is quick and efficient when arranging an exact pick up point at airports. He is very reliable and always available even when I book last minute. I would highly recommend.
I contacted HP Taxis to pick me up at Haywards Heath train station. They were very professional and received a text message from the driver Kuti with his contact details and car ahead and was already waiting for me on my arrival. Kuti was as prompt, professional and very pleasant on my return. I highly recommend HP TAXIS as I really used their service and not a fake review!
Your driver sharan or sunny whatever he called himself was late because you took the wrong details even though I asked him yesterday if he can pick us up at 11 aswell as this morning and still took £20 when I told him he should only take half. I didn’t have time to argue with him because we were about to miss our train. He didn’t apologise or anything even though We waited in the freezing cold for 45 minutes with my disabled mother who had to rush to the train station with her Walker. He's so rude. Awful service. Don’t use Update: that’s your fault for booking it wrong. Also I heard him in the background telling you he collected me yesterday. He works for you, so you should both accept responsibility for this.
