   Used them lots and they're always punctual. Booking them is quick and simple. Many of the drivers are good but several are absolutely awful. Some of them have no road sense at all, drive as close to cars in front as possible, weave around cars to get in front, etc.. It's tough to complain because I use them a lot and don't want hard feelings, but honestly some of the drivers should not be on the road at all. It can be a very frightening experience, and usually those same drivers are the ones who barely even say hello, talk on their phone, and have headphones in.

   Had to wait a little too long in the cold with an elderly lady who uses Arrow taxis regularly and has to sit in the front seat. The car had to turn around in the road in order for her to be able to get in the car. He did this swiftly though and seemed kind.

   5/5 stars for the taxis 1/5 for the operators Seems they've been taken over by a company in Worthing which has made a real mess of things. Called this morning to take my cat to the vet, ended up with my taxi over in Worthing and not Wick! They never checked on which town I was ordering for! So I canceled that one quick and then ordered a new one. Had booked a return but then they never turned up!! Had to call again and managed to get a taxi shortly but they never amended the return and if the driver hadn't checked the address with me first, I would have been on my way to Worthing! Seriously, please train your staff so that they can better manage the locations and bookings! No explanation was even given for why my return taxi didn't turn up! If I hadn't asked the driver, I would have no idea you guys were now in Worthing despite having a Google listing in Littlehampton!

   Ordered my taxi online, so very easy, taxi arrived exactly on time, driver was so pleasant and helpful. You can pay by card or cash. I have the Arrow App on my phone. There my favorites by far.

   Called last minute as my friends lift to the station fell through. They were very professional and efficient and sent through a cab within 5 minutes of the call. We got a text and a call when the taxi arrived. Definitely a lifesaver if you need a taxi short-notice!

   Booked this at 22:10. Said they would be one hour. Never came. Phoned back at 23:50 and it was apparently my fault as the taxi had come and no one was in! Funny I had no text or confirmation for this fake taxi and no knock on the door. When I complained there was a lot of shifting blame and in the end it was STILL my fault! Apparently I didn't answer a call i never got! Funnily enough the next taxi assigned I had the usual text and description of the vehicle to ensure I got in it OK. Would not book through them again. Lousy customer service.
