   Visited the Royal Indian Restaurant tonight while visiting friends in the area. We didn’t book and were sorted a table for 6 immediately. Food was Amazing Staff were Amazing Atmosphere was good, nice and busy but this didn’t affect the service or the food. We will be coming back again, even though it’s an hour drive for us. Best curry I’ve ever had. Oh and the Food was Amazing….

   The Royal Indian here is simply sensational. We came across this place by accident and so glad we did. We love curry and this place beats them all. The food is mouthwatering, we had beef and lamb dishes cooked to perfection. The staff give superb customer service. The manager would probably remember us by the discussions we had with him about Pondi! So, if you love curry with reasonable prices and great customer service, give this place a try ! I’m sure you’ll be writing a rave review when you do!! ❤️❤️

   We loved our dinner at The Royal Indian! We arrived after a long day of travel and they kindly accommodated us when we didn’t have a reservation. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and helped explain the dishes. We recommend highly and have a wonderful memory to bring back to the United States!

   Second time using this Indian and again we weren’t disappointed - food ordered, arrived and being eaten within an hour. The dishes were still hot and the quality very good. The delivery lady was polite and friendly. Will definitely be using here again and would recommend you try it.

   This is a lovely Indian restaurant in Hailsham. Don't be fooled by the basic exterior and surrounding area. The place is nicely decorated, the service is excellent, menu choice great and food very good. Best curry in the local area. Will definitely return.

   Visited restaurant for dinner on 21/12/22. Went with friends who had been before and who had been very complimentary. We were not disappointed. Great food well cooked with a wide choice. Helpful friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive pricing and thought that the meal represented good value for money. Looking forward to another visit soon. Excellent evening.

   Having committed well over 15 years to my extensive research, I am happy to confirm this is a very fine establishment. They do all the classics plus lots of new things that will surely become your new favourites. I am really looking forward to post COVID times when I can enjoy this environment with my friends and family again. Needless to say, I will carry on testing their take out / delivery menu in the meantime. ;-)
