My family loves the food and they always say there is never a single fault! This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars, it’s our absolute favourite! “The brother running this kitchen was very kind and friendly, and did an excellent job with the food and drinks, the meat was succulent fresh and tasty, it was spiced so well it far exceeded my expectations. The lamb burger was perhaps the best lamb burger I have had, and coming from London where we have many great examples of south Asian foods this is saying something. The desi chai was very tasty. Muslims rest assured everything sold here is halal inshallah. This place is my new go to when in Worthing, and I will be sure to tell others about this gem, thank you Lahore Grill!”

“Chose Shanaz after reading Google reviews - we were not disappointed. Waiting staff were very friendly and helpful (without being overbearing as can sometimes be the case in Indian restaurants!). The food was excellent and nicely presented. Plenty for vegetarians. We particularly liked that it was possible to choose the spice level (and they got it just right). Prices reasonable.”

Having a fast pace lifestyle, this restaurant makes my day effortless, by ordering in a delivery or picking up a takeaway. Staff - The Restauranter, General Manager and the staff are hospitable, welcoming and always exchanging pleasantries. The Chef does a wonderful job and caters well to the preparation of my meals. Food & Beverage - I ordered the Badsha King Prawn dish, hallelujah! It's supreme. The prawns are buttery, with a interflow of exotic aromatic spices and oriental soya sauce. With this dish, I have lemon rice or cheese nan with a green salad, and Bhaji or Papadom on the side. Overall, I have been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I appreciate the experiences and the culinary arts of Tulsi is spectacular. “This Indian is part of 'Indian royalty' in Mid Sussex, with its roots coming from one of the first Indians in mid Sussex and the first and only(?) Indian to grace the Lindfield High Street, some 30 years ago!!! I've had 2 sit down meals here recently and I've been extremely happy. And that comes from someone who must have visited them all in the last 30 years :). Enjoy.”

“An outstanding dining experience. Food was delicious, extremely good flavours. The naan bread was like a fluffy pillow, biryani was rich in flavour with soft melting lamb, and the lime pickle was full of delicious lime flavour. The boss man was friendly, attentive, well spoken, and informative. His service and charm are top notch! The atmosphere was very old school and it gave off a nice relaxing vibe. The best Indian I've ever eaten!”

The food is really reasonably priced, not to expensive. I really like the curry box, it's perfect for one person, and comes with rice, the chips are nice to . The staff are always friendly to. “Amazing food and service, my first time trying here and I hope to come a lot more. The staff are super kind and accomodating and the food was finished really quickly. The curry was delicious plus the rice and garlic naan was the best I've ever had from a curry takeaway (and ive had a lot haha). “I recently moved to the area and have now ordered from Spice Lounge twice in the last 10 days or so. The food is top quality and the Chicken Dhansak I order is as good, if not better, than I've had anywhere....I moved here from London and have been to India many, many times so I don't say that lightly. Abdul is also a very nice fella and when I arrived after trying to order in advance online (network issues) he still gave me the 20% discount and extra poppadums. Jabel, who was helping out, was also a nice friendly bloke. People with this great approach to customers combined with quality food deserve to have a thriving business. Excellent!”

“I luckily found this place by pure chance and it was top notch food. Very generous portions and the wide variety of vegetables in the Dansak. Only let down was I like medium spicy like Jalfrezi and they were very mild. But very impressed not oily at all. I will definitely be ordering again.”

The food is always incredible (the duck dish on the special menu is particularly tasty), and the drinks are good value with a good variety of beer on tap, spirits and cocktails. “Must try and must visit We were in Seaford for work and in this restraunt on a very quite day and expectations were very low knowing only 2 of us were there. But to our pleasant surprise the food was yummy. We have tried the Chefs special mixed biryani with lamb, prawns & chicken and Veg biryani. Both were very well made. The taste justified the higher price point”
