We had a lovely time here and both enjoyed the butter chicken curry and assorted sides. The staff were very friendly and helpful, clearing our plates quickly and providing great knowledge about the menu. Iβm gluten free and there were many options available to me. Will definitely come again!

Amazing food. I had the fish and clam curry extra spicy with additional chillies, with black dhal. My friend had the chicken biryani. He was amazed woth the portions of chicken and a flavour he couldn't quite put his tongue on. It came with mint sauce and something else... Service was great although the waiter wouldn't tell us the secret recipe. He did explain though why Chilli Pickle had moved locations and how they wanted to reflect more street foods and the culture of India. My friend ordered his own cocktail, but he devoured my boozy lassi... and then the second one he ordered in replacement. Fabulous.

Long story short: Β£84 for mediocre food for 2 people. Slow service. Save your money and go elsewhere. We came in on a Saturday, near the end of lunch service. It was a little busy but nowhere near full. Service was sluggish and food took around 40 minutes to arrive. We ordered sambal wings (Β£9 for 3), aubergine curry (Β£18 set lunch) and lamb chops (Β£25 for 3), plus a mango margarita and a negroni. Wings: crazily overpriced and underwhelming. Sambal flavour was barely there, and 3 wings is a strange portion to share. Aubergine curry: stodgy sauce, little depth of flavour. Lamb chops: the biggest disappointment. Overcooked to grey in the middle. Sad because you can tell it was good quality meat - still somewhat soft despite overcooked. Spices didnβt come through, and the sizzler plate left them dry (maybe rethink if you can't get the cooking right?). At Β£25, thatβs unforgivable. By the time the food arrived, weβd already been waiting too long to send them back. In hindsight, we should have, but heyho you live and learn. Overall, a very expensive miss.

Probably my favourite Indian restaurant. Hadn't been in several years but made the trip to Brighton today simply because we missed it. Food is still excellent and the customer service was brilliant. Toilets actually quite pleasant too. Love it there!

Where do I even begin? By far the best Restaurant in Brighton for Indian flavours. The seafood curry was perfect and tasted amazing as did the bread and masala fries were everything !! The hazelnut espresso martini was the best ever and Iβve drink enough of those Waiting staff were professional and polite kindly adhering to our needs Canβt wait to come back for more

Loved the vibe of this place. Amazing food, great service and welcoming staffs. We visited Brighton on one of the long weekend and were hunting for a good Indian restaurant for lunch. Found this amazing restaurant on google and was delighted to find the authentic thali. Samosa and chutney were incredibly delicious, literally the same taste you get in India. Overall a wonderful experience.

In the words of a teenager, this was absolutely banging. One of the best meals of my life. There are no words to describe how I feel right now. Although it might not be the most traditional βcurryβ, it certainly was the best Iβve ever had. If I wasnβt so full, I would eat it all again.

Ten of us went for the set menu, there was an abundance of food and the vegetarian option was probably better then the meat selection. I had to make contact with them before booking as I had a special request and the staff were very helpful and flexible. It is unsurprisingly very popular so book in advance

I am totally amazed by this placeβ¦ Most delicious food I had out for a looong time! Everything was so tasty and fresh, no long wait times for the food even though the restaurant was absolutely fully booked in the evening. I came to Brighton for the day and a local friend recommended it. The restaurant was so busy yesterday, I didnβt have a reservation however the hostess was very friendly and quick found us a table. The service was amazing, very efficient staff and the food was absolutely delicious. I am definitely coming back soon and will recommend to everyone!
