Sunday roast service. - changed our booking to 45 mins after agreed time 30 mins before arrival with no apologies on arrival or offer of free drink - no house red or white wines available so had to pay more - no sauces available (which were on the menu) - roast potatoes had zero crisp - menu completely different to online menu and really bad options - charged incorrectly and then refunded and had to pay again Good points - ambience - carrots

Probably the best restaurant is Brighton right now. Is certainly the place I’ll recommend to anyone visiting the city, whether they’re vegans or die-hard carnivores. Fantastic food. Dog friendly too which is a huge plus for me.

Absolutely outstanding food and drinks. We ordered everything on the menu between 3 of us to share, and every dish was excellent with lovely variety of flavours and textures. Great cocktails and delicious wine and lovely staff. Perfect

Absolutely delicious plant-based food plus a wide and varied selection of cocktails and wines. All served by exceptionally friendly staff. Between 3 of us, we chose 6 different plates plus sourdough bread. It was plenty. The desserts were amazing and we also had cocktails plus an excellent bottle of Chablis. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

Incredible food. Amazing cocktails. Such lovely service. We did the chefs menu and everything was so fresh and delicious. Best green beans I’ve had in my life! Will definitely back, especially as we were told they add new dishes regularly. Some of the best food I’ve had, especially at this price point in a long long time. *update* went back a second time, had a whole new menu, brought some non vegan/veggie friends who were in town for the weekend and they were absolutely blown away, also said the best food they’ve had in ages

Absolutely incredible eatery. Stunning variety of small plates, lovely surroundings both indoors and out, and an extensive drinks list. The food was OUTSTANDING. The chefs catered to our request to have a dish that wasn’t on the normal menu. The food came out in good time and each dish had an entirely unique and tasty fingerprint. My personal favourite was the satay mushrooms with a cherry jus (inspired by PB&J). Big shout out to Amy and Claire who were fantastic and helpful hosts!

My daughter is veggie so we wanted to go to a veggie friendly place so we could all enjoy the food to celebrate her graduation. Well this placed absolutely aced it. The food was small plates and all varied and interesting. Amy and Clair served us fantastically. The whole experience was just wonderful. Choosing my favourite dish is hard as they were all excellent but I think I would mention the curried cauliflower which was sublime. I have been to Burnt Orange a few time which I think is very good; but this place can hold it own against that restaurant. This is an interesting veggie place in Brighton and they show how plant based food should be done.

Amazing meal, beautiful decor. Incredible service, friendly and helpful with suggestions. Great cocktail selection, but the food was still the stand out. Couldn’t fault the meal in anyway… the cauliflower blew our tiny little minds.
