Loved it. Went at the lunch sitting and sat at the counter right in front of the chef. Chef was very calm and professional in the kitchen and always happy to chat with us when we had questions. Each course would be put in front of us with a description of what it is by either the waitress or chef, both of which were very welcoming and lovely people. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious. Most dishes were classic combinations of flavours but executed to a high standard. The lobster bisque in particular was a standout! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxed dining experience with some very tasty food. Can't wait to go back.

Beautifully presented and crafted fine dining menu. Excellent as always. Impeccable service stood out the most. I'd give the wine flight a miss in future.

We have eaten here a few times, and has others have said its an intimate and personal experience with an evolving menu of tasting delights. This time we had some wonderful dishes, the angelotti and bisque is delicious, which can also be paired with wines. We prefer to sit at the pass both to see the plating but also talk to the chefs about the menu, ingredients, etc. We love it here and will try to visit every time we are in town.

Really nice little restaurant serving a regularly evolving tasting menu. They have a few seats at the Pass where you can watch the chefs at work - both times we've visited, we've sat there and had a great experience.

A, quite frankly, sensational dinner at 64 Degrees. The tasting menu was brilliantly executed and being sat at in the heart of the action really makes for a wonderful dining experience. The chefs were fantastic and took time to chat and explain the dishes, too. You could feel (and taste) the passion. Personal highlight was the venison and birria taco dish which I can say was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The usual pairing wines weren't available but alternatives were well matched and complimented the dishes. The wine service was a tad slow but the house owned it and made up for it. A wonderful experience. Thank you.

We had a superb dinner at 64 degrees. Highly recommended to sit at the bar next to the kitchen to get the full entertainment and the art of food. Loved it and will definitely come again when back in Brighton.

Great to be back here after six years - managed to get a same day booking for my partner and I. We sat at Chef's table which is so more personable than a table and ate the 64 Degrees birthday menu paired with a beautiful wine. What a lovely evening.

Perfectly proportioned tasting menu - delicious, textural and surprising. Paired back surrounds combined with friendly and informed staff really allows the meal shine. Really accommodating with dietary requirements and preferences. Worth travelling to Brighton for, already planning our next trip

Brilliant experience all around. Came for my birthday on a Monday night which was nice as it was quieter. Tasting menu was perfect - we loved every single course. Wine pairing was delicious - our server was super attentive and knowledgeable. Never waited a second for anything - left feeling happy - Great value !

Amazing chefs and warmth of hosts - beautiful presentation & bold flavours paired perfectly with wine flight. Images speak for themselves but taste and smell must be experienced. Foodie lunch for special occasion; a real privilege so see the work up close at the pass - highly recommended. A real gem in Brighton. Will be back!
