   First time visit to this park. On this grey September day a brisk breeze added to the pleasure of the wonderful open vistas and walks. Lovely English countryside moving into autumn. Lots of friendly people walking well behaved dogs. Teens having finished school for the day were enjoying the adventure / climbing area for over 12's - or just gathered for a chat. The under 12's play area was empty but full of climbs, swings etc - all made out of wood, no plastic. The café is brilliant, lovely chatty team and really yummy food. A toasted cheese and onion sandwich with salad and tortilla chips was excellent and extremely good value. I can see this becoming a favourite place for us.

   First time I been to big park what great place to go too, 2 minutes walk to park met my friend there with her dogs. Nice cafe, had a coffee and piece of carrot cake yum yum. Very friendly in the cafe and other people there enjoy there self, one thing like to say the kids and teenagers we spoke to very polite.

   Lovely open space Good size park good for all ages Skate park at further down. Lovely walk around and great for dog walkers. Flat good paths if have mobility scooters or wheelchair. Lovely coffee shop next to it. Sit in doors or outdoors. Serve food. Parking is free.
