Never been to a Gym before and if anybody told me I would be 3 stone lighter, water bottle carrying gym bunny 3/4 times a week I would have laughed. This course probably saved my life. At age 69 discover very high blood pressure via health checks, so avoided stroke or death. Exercise and weight loss have meant hip and knees pain has disappeared. Cannot speak more highly of Lauren’s input and thank Nuffield for my good health and wellbeing.”

“We visited Sofology Hove last week with our family. James was amazing, not pushy at all, gave us lots of time but also knew when to leave us to chat. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite and has a great sense of humour! We looked at all the other sofa shops on the same site, and by far James and the range of sofas at Sofology were a reason to go back, which we did today. We made our selection, a 2 seater recliner with centre consul, and a 3 seater recliner. Again James was helpful, mindful of our requirements, and went through all aspects of our purchase from warranties to delivery. He remembered our names from the previous visit and the names of the 2 family members who weren't even with us this time round. The free swatches that arrived in a few days after our first visit are a really nice touch as the material looks very different in your home compared to in the shop. This may seem like a bit of a James review! But as such a pleasant sales person he was a huge reason why we continued to purchase with Sofology. Thank you James!”

“We had our birthday party for our children here. Again. Because this place is simply great. The staff was absolutely helpful and smoothly managed everything around our party. The food was generous and tasty. All the guest children found something they liked. The soft-play part is excellent as well and very visible for the parents from almost everywhere, and most of all, it was perfectly cleaned. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff were above and beyond. Thank you!”

“Mark the senior salesman was very helpful in the initial sales and the sofa was delivered as promised before Xmas 2022. Although there was a slight problem with the sofa bed , the store manager Paul went more and above his job and fixed the problem on-site on a Sunday afternoon. Very appreciated the excellent pre and after sales service. Definitely 5 star service!!!!”

I found shorts that at a push would be suitable for swimming in as they have a net liner. Not sure if the staff knew their products shorts to swim in”
