Our h grand daughters had a great time, and there was no monitoring of session times. Manager jane was very welcoming
Excellent play centre for the kids. Much improved recently, much cleaner and better run. Kids love the new stuff that's been added and will play for hours. Pizzas a really good and cheap, can't think of anywhere else where a home made pizza is £9? Great for if you want the kids to wear themselves out.
Lovely place, very big soft place, lovely separate areas for little ones! Food was great and cooked to order. We spent nearly all day there. Kids loved it. Comfy seating too. Reasonably priced
We had our birthday party for our children here. Again. Because this place is simply great. The staff was absolutely helpful and smoothly managed everything around our party. The food was generous and tasty. All the guest children found something they liked. The soft-play part is excellent as well and very visible for the parents from almost everywhere, and most of all, it was perfectly cleaned. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff were above and beyond. Thank you!
We enjoyed a fantastic laser party at funplex this evening. Jane and her crew really made sure we were well looked after. They took care of the children, the adults, the timing, the food, the games... Everything! We brought our own decoration but Jane reassured us that she always has extra cake deco and can even offer themed parties. There were plenty of new lighting effects we hadn't seen before as we hadn't been for a while. The kids played in the dark, with disco lights and had the whole place to themselves. The place was very clean, the children enjoyed their pizzas, the staff cut and wrapped the cake for us. I can definitely recommend funplex as a great party venue!
Awful! I stood on broken plastic and found several more pieces on the floor in different locations including by the exit gate. The toilet seat wasn't actually attached and is dangerous. The mats in the ball area have gaps which are a huge trip hazard. It's dirty throughout and cleaning standards are very lax and poor. When we arrived home I found a staple in my 8 year old daughter sock
Waited 3 hours for pizza and chips for kids lunch!!!! When complained got offered an extra portion of free chips.(didn't fancy waiting another 3 hours so refused). They prioritised parties over other paying customers, surely if you can't cope with too many customers maybe you should limit the amount of people you let in when you have parties
Been here a few times and have not had any problems. Went to a kid's laser party tonight and not all kids turned up so the parents joined in and it was so much fun. Would recommend the laser party. My son enjoys going and playing there when he wants to go. He's 10.
Only just discovered this gem but what a find. Brilliant setup, friendly staff, something for all ages. Kids food selection is perfect for our 2 monsters
I was really worried about coming here after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! There is so much for the kids to do, it was clean, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and most importantly my 2 year old had an amazing time! I will definitely be coming back!
