The website states opening 09:30 on Sunday! (Updated by the business 1 week ago allegedly) BUT opens at 10:00! Half a dozen upset shoppers waiting in the cold. One staff member walked passed us without saying a word! I have posted a change request to Google!
Absolutely disgusting service this evening from the alleged manger this evening Aarondeep. Returned a top that cost £10.50 in the sale with tags on it did not fit. He disappeared with the top and then asked it had been worn? I said No he told me it smells of wash power I told him it had been hung up next to other clothes he then replies I suggest you don’t hang things next to other clothes in future! I returned to the store to ask how would tags be in place if I had washed it? He then proceeded to tell me that I squeezed the plastic tag out of the tag!! I really don’t have the time or the inclination to do this for a £10.50 top that did not fit anyway!! I told him he was a stupid man admittedly but I was taken a back by his extremely rude attitude and the way he disappeared with the top for 10 minutes I don’t know what he did with it when he was gone. I was told to get out of his store and never come back! I think he has dissolutions of grandeur. Considering a lot of the clothes are covered with foundation in the shop on the rails and you expected to pay full price!! To be be fair the manager looked like the tea boy scruffy t shirt and extremely bad attitude!!! Used to spend a lot of money here but will not return anyway clothes have become very poor and extremely overpriced for what they are. Shame for the other staff that work there as they are always willing to help but manger just looking to be little customers and be rude KEEP YOUR STORE!!! You will run it to the ground with your customer service
Next have been rubbish this year. Previously I haven't had issues with the many click and collect orders to store but in recent months it has been beyond a joke. Saturday I went to collect and had to wait in excess of 30 minutes collecting my orders due to what I'm guessing were technical errors. I received emails prior to say I had collected when I hadn't so I called head office prior to going to check my items were there. Despite doing this, a 30 minute wait and so much patience on my part I realised when I got home that a package was still missing. Further messages to head office who told me further incorrect information and now my parcel shows as returned uncollected! It's now out of stock and was a Christmas present. So thanks a bunch Next. The staff im store were polite and friendly but doesn't really appease my frustration!
Always pleasantly surprised by how friendly and approachable staff are here. Ordered online and returned. Next by far has the best returns process I have ever experienced. 4 star is due to size of store (used to bigger). Customer service is lovely here, served today by C at about 5pm. A real diamond, if she is temp make her perm and if she is perm promote her!
Avoid, poor or rather non existant customer service. The staff here are not interested in your custom and stand around having chats instead. Visited today and in the mens section there was 1 member of staff having a chat with a lady at the tills who then saw me (the only person in the queue) and decided to instead walk away and tell another staff member to serve me as I've been waiting. She then decided instead to walk off and come back later. Gave up in the end and left the store.
Nice store, very lovely customer service, not too busy and not too quiet also not to mention there is some excellent products on sale...
Queued for 15 mins just to pick up an online order and not even apology. Assistant more interested in chatting about personal mattersto customer 3 places in front of me that was clearly a friend. Have always previously had good service so disappointed
Relatively compact store on two levels but plenty of stock cleverly laid out. Homewares and the men's section is upstairs with both being fairly small- I couldn't find the simple household things that I needed. Tidy and well kept, the staff were also cheerfully friendly. Wheelchair accessible lifts.
