   Ordered my son Eid clothes we were expecting them to be delivered today by DPD Did not receive the parcel or any communication that the parcel was going to be delayed absolutely let down my son was so upset that he did not got his clothes and we had paid for next day delivery

   I've been ordering from Childrens Salon Outlet for the past year or so. I am blown away by their efficiency every single time I place an order. When placing an order, without fail, that same day I get a dispatched email from DPD and the goods arrive the next day (even though I pay for the standard shipping). All the products available are of the highest quality, with a significant discount applied. I am always extremely happy with my goods and I am so glad I stumbled across this wonderful shopping portal. My girls are always dressed beautifully. :-)

   Placed an order online and paid for shipping. It turned out that the package was delayed by UPS plus I was forced to pick up the package at a UPS drop off location. I reached out to CHILDRENSALON since it arrived late plus the hassle of picking up, to see if they could wave the shipping fee. Customer service wasn't accommodating and wasn't helpful at all. Not what I expected.

   I always order from this store even though I am in Canada. I love the clothing collection they have and that most of the clothing are made in Europe other than China. I am trying to buy more ethical and that means maybe to spend a little more but get better quality in return.

   Incompetent and untrustworthy. Allegedly, after accepting an order with that shipping address, they have a problem shipping there. The catch is that the address is one of the most famous schools in the country, where zillion of items are shipped daily. Customer service utterly unhelpful and impolite. To be avoided. I should have checked TrustPilot: one third of users give it 1 star.
