Needed to get an outfit for a wedding went into the store the girls couldn't have been more helpful sorted me everything I needed trousers top shoes jacket and a bag outstanding service
I don't normally have a bad experience here, however today I wanted to return an online order, what a Palaver! one member of staff called me rude because I didn't want her to check my phone settings and refused to serve me LOL. The supervisor was really nice and helpful . I suggest a training refresher in customer care is needed.
Be careful, they charge you full price for sale items. They won't do paper receipt, email receipt don't arrive till get home and then they won't do anything as 'I didn't notice before I left the store' rude staff. Never at the tills to start with

This is a great big new look lots to choose from for ladies and young girls but men are rather lacking
I tried to find an outfit in blue water. It was no good for me, I ended up going in New look in my home town. I was really pleased with my purchase.
No plus size or 'Curve' clothes once again. This range has been restricted and removed and then bought back and now removed again. The staff are always friendly but they say there is no demand for plus size. There is demand! You're not going to sell it if you don't stock it. There is plenty of room to bring it back.
All the staff especially the manager cannot do enough to help you out. It is on a par with the service you get in America with help advise and getting another size for you without having to get dressed and start again. They will always double check if your size is not on display even when they are sure it's sold out. Best branch I have ever been too and the manageress should be training staff. The branch in the town centre has a completely different atmosphere and nowhere near the standard of service you receive in long field road. Huge light store with the feel and attention of a small unique boutique!!! Don't let it change.
