   This store is good for your shopping needs. It has plenty of clothing options, and I visit here if I have to return when Ive ordered online. Plenty of parking, it is an easier option than going to a high street store. There is also a Costa Cafe inside

   I visited the Maidstone store today and was disgusted with the service I received. I would not of purchased anything had I not needed too. It started when I took my items to the till, they would not scan so my partner offered to grab another one from upstairs. The customer assistant said can you go back upstairs and pay as it would be easier. I wasn't happy but ok that's fine. I got to the till upstairs and questioned the offer which I thought they had (the POS did not make it clear). The customer assistant here called the store manager over to ask. She said she would have to check, huffed and threw some clothing down on the counter. Not the attitude you expect from a store manager. At this point I am so frustrated I just want to pay and leave. The customer assistant then makes it worse by saying 'it's my fault she was on her break and I should not have asked her'. When I worked in retail if you were walking through the store you were expected to represent the company positively break or not. In my current role I manage people and deal with the public and am conscious I am always representing that organisation. Will not be visiting that store again and likely not shop at Next at all. I don't normally write reviews but this made me very angry.

   Great selection of clothes and homeware. Always packed with people and not too much parking outside. Added bonus of a Costa coffee shop inside.

   Very massive store. There is so much variety of male and female clothing. Also many things for the home. Next is always consistent in their standard. The staff are also quite helpful. I got everything I hoped to get. The quality of the clothing was really good and the prices are fair. Will definitely be visiting in the nearest future

   Visited here twice yesterday due to having to exchange a suit. I had brought the suit from a branch in Nottingham but sadly it didn't fit. I spoke with the ladies here who were incredibly helpful. On each visit, they were friendly and extremely helpful.

   Bought a coat @ £75 and found it had a hole in the pocket. I returned it and was told a replacement would arrive the next day, a text confirmed the same. On calling 2 days later it had not arrived and no updates. Poor customer service in my view, I demanded a refund. Quality these days does not appear the same.

   I wanted to know if the store had a DiningTable on display, the Head Office tried to transfer me on two occasions but each time I was cut off. Eventually, I was transferred, 20 minutes later my call was answered. Usual excuse ‘ Everyone’s really busy ‘. Eventually, I did receive the answer I was looking for after an hour of trying!

   Shop is great but certain staff members are rude, especially the lady with short blonde hair who i assume is also is in a managerial role. Since retailers are struggling she should know better how to make shopping experience more appealing so people would want to come and spend money rather that ruin their day.
