“Took both my shaggy springers here and they both came out looking a million dollars but more importantly the staff were so lovely with them, ones a rescue and a bit nervous... two different coats were dealt with two different ways after their good advice. Very happy with the advice, treatment of the dogs and the final result. They both look fabulous!”

“Always happy with the results, clean, soft to the touch and nice smelling dogs. As we have two they usually manage to fit them in at the same time/back to back making it easier for us. Reasonably priced too although I don't have much experience it comparison for it but it's money week spent for hassle free clean dogs. Thank you!”

“I’m not usually one to leave reviews for convenience stores but today Jules went above and beyond. She saw me with an injured arm struggling with my shopping and amidst a busy shift decided to help me. They are an absolute gem and an asset to this co-op. They were lovely enough to talk to me the whole way round the store as well as carry my shopping and help me take it to the tills bag it up and back out to my car. I cannot exaggerate enough how much I needed something like that today to know there is still decency and kindness. Thank you so much Jules. I hope you know how much I appreciate it.”

“We took our 3 & 5 year old to swimming lessons for the first time and they were both in separate classes and both very nervous. The lifeguard Poppy was incredibly kind & so patient with them both, making them both feel more at ease and comfortable. She is an absolute asset to the dolphin & is an incredible woman. If you have nervous children when it comes to swimming lessons, I highly recommend the dolphin. Thank you to Poppy for your kindness and patience!”

“I recently had to make a claim for my parrot who had to go into the vets with an illness. Firstly, I’d never made a claim before and so I was abit clueless with what to do. I called up and the lady I spoke to on the phone (I can’t remember her name unfortunately) was so helpful, kind and caring. I explained I didn’t know what I was doing and she replied with compassion and understanding and helped answer the questions I had - how to make a claim basically. She was a normal human being and she cared about the wellness of my parrot aswell as helping, so thank you. The claim itself was easy and straightforward, just a form to complete and send off to the vets. I received an email to confirm my claim was in progress, and approx 2 weeks later I received an email to confirm my claim was accepted and the vets were paid directly. It means a lot to know my insurance company for my loved pets are compassionate and a claim can be made so easily. Thank you to the team at Exotic Direct - I highly recommend.”

“Great experience! My sister had to replace her 1 year old sofa due to insects, so decided to visit dfs. Upon our visit we was met with a very warm welcome, even though we had 3 very over excited children with us! We looked around and spoke to Matt, who was more than helpful. We explained the size of her front room and looked at each sofa with his guidance. His knowledge of each item was brilliant and so helpful. After looking at a few, and my sister falling in love with one in particular, I decided to go home and measure up correctly the size of the room. Good job I did as the one she loved wouldn’t have fit! Once measuring, we went back to dfs with the kids. Yet again they met us with warm welcomes and hot chocolates! We explained the sofa would be too big so we looked at others. Once we found one, Matt went above and beyond to assist us. Answering every single question we had, and even explaining things more than twice if required! He was great with the kids, really understanding and gentle. We was in dfs for hours, and really enjoyed our visit. We was in there until after close and still felt welcome even though we had over run their day. The lady was also so lovely and ran through everything with us before the order was finalised and placed. One week to the day later and her new sofa has arrived and it fits perfectly! Every single piece of the Trekk sofa we ordered fit! We walked out of the store last week feeling like a weight was lifted, and having 3 small children, she needed to sort something fast! Their express 7 day delivery was spot on, their customer service was spot on and our experience was brilliant. Thanks so much, Sophie & Bethany! (And the 3 rugrats!)”

“Visited this store last week on holiday .It was raining heavily.I had a medical hic up.Had to get to a clean toilet asap.Recently out of a coma I tend to flap should this happen.The staff were outstanding.The young assistant went to the manager Amy.who kindly let me use the staff facilities.In a world of lack of assistance ,in such a case.This branch excelled Being a ex customer service manager myself,I could only be impressed on their kindness and empathy.Five star rating truly deserved.Plus I did also buy things too!”

“We held our wedding reception at Stanmer House last Saturday and it was AMAZING! The venue is absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly helpful and organised, and the food was delicious (our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had). We're still on cloud nine. We would definitely recommend it as a wedding venue and thank you again to all the staff that made it happen.”
