An absolute disgrace of a company and their subsidiaries. No one will every make contact Their so called chicken coops, houses, etc are extremely low quality, they are not engineered to any standard, flimsy, light weight materials Avoid them like the plague. I shall now be taking them to the trading standards.
Paid £25 for express delivery of a rabbit hutch costing over £100. It took 4 days to come no refund for next day delivery. The hutch looks good but is terrible quality. The rabbit has chewed through it in places in less than a week and the platform inside keeps collapsing. I have emailed them twice regarding this but they failed to respond. Not a good company.
Not able to contact them by phone at all, missing items from my order, not happy

Got messed around with delivery date. Ended up cancelling order. Refund was £15 short. They have charged for their mess up. Very SHODDY.
