   Nothing but positive experiences, professional advice, and elite customer service at this Pets at Home! I recently adopted two cats and despite having cats as a child, I was definitely in need of some advice as to how best take care of these new angels in my life. Every visit I have had to Pets at Home in Worthing, I've been greeted by incredibly positive, approachable and helpful staff who have answered all my questions and given great product recommendations that have informed my purchases and definitely given my cats the best welcome they could have asked for. I really recommend going to this Pets at Home for a wide range of products, specifically cat litter of which they have a huge selection, toys and medications, including a wide range of worming/flea treatments for both your pets and your home! On my most recent visit, last night, I had forgot my phone and therefore my membership card but the cashier was able to find it by my postcode and name which was so incredibly helpful, just another testament to their fantastic customer service. I won't be going anywhere else for my pets needs and really appreciate the fab experiences I've had at this store so far!!

   The vet here told me to put my dog down, when she fell pregnant. After a second opinion from 2 other local vetinary practices - and 3 months, my dog has had 3 healthy puppies from a natural birth. I paid for an ultrasound scan, and they failed to provide the results nor attach it to my dog's medical record. When approached, they apologised and said I would need to pay for another scan if I wanted the results. The icing on the cake today, was trying to purchase 6 cloud minnows, and a snail for a live Palidarium - only to be informed by the staff that I could not due to the tank not having a water filter? I've deregistered all my animals from their vet and registered them all at Northdale, and I've purchased my fish at a very helpful local fish store in Sompting - who have informed me of all the facts on naturally aerated aquariums. If you are clueless about animals, and need basic advice - this is the place to go. For anything deeper, go and seek professionals.

   We have a cat (Lucky) & somehow he managed to get a tick, nasty little thing on his face. Not a good idea to just pull it off (bad things can easily be left behind), Pets at Home Worthing have a 'Vets 4 Pets' on the first floor. The vet that saw our Lucky was really good & managed to remove the tick in one piece & still alive using some sort of tool. No fuss no trouble & thankfully no dramas from Lucky either. I left with a dose of anti-tick & flea gel & a de-worming tablet that should last three months. Can't say the visit was cheap but it was considerably less than I thought it would be & it will definitely be my first choice if I need anything for our cat again. It must be knocking on to a year since our cat Lucky had that Tick removed by Vets4Pets & he's been Tick, Flea & Worm free ever since. Though to be fair he's never had Worm's but is that because he gets the de-worming tablet every three months? We are thinking of taking advantage of enrollment into one of the Vets4Pets schemes to get some of their savings.

   I'd like to start by saying what an absolute pleasure it was to visit the Worthing Pets at home branch. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. We originally visited with the intention to buy or adopt a rabbit for our little girl. We were looked after a member of staff called Kirstie. I have to say I was absolutely blown away by how good her customer service was. Not only did she provide us with great advice, Kirstie also highlighted some very valid points. Our attention quickly turned to Guinea pigs. Again Kirstie was very informative and incredibly helpful. She spent considerable time with us to discuss options and introduce us to some of the animals in store. In then end we decided to adopt 3 Guinea pigs that had been born in store over the Christmas period. I would like to tell Pets at home that Kirstie is an absolute credit to your company. We will be using this store again.
