My dog Mabel had a signature groom today and the lady who looked after her was very warm, caring and understanding. It was my dogs first ever professional groom and she was fine. She smells lovely and her coat is much better now. Thank you so much
They always do a good job here, always listen to what I'd like and suggest ideas if need be. The extra pampering is really nice too and good price.
Took both my shaggy springers here and they both came out looking a million dollars but more importantly the staff were so lovely with them, ones a rescue and a bit nervous... two different coats were dealt with two different ways after their good advice. Very happy with the advice, treatment of the dogs and the final result. They both look fabulous!
Edit** Unfortunately my visits thereafter have been awful with staff showing not much interest and then charging me for a groom for doing little more than brushing my dog. I have since taken him elsewhere and the difference is evident. The staff were all so welcoming, kind and thorough. I had received a rescue a few days prior and they were so gentle with him and he looked gorgeous on collection. Thank you
Grooming. Had our white schnauzer Lilly groomed today. Very disappointed, she wasn't bathed and the her beard still smelt of her dinner. The cut was terrible, we trimmed her ourselves when we git home. We asked for her beard to be left alone and they trimmed it. Overall very disappointed. We won't go back.

Amazing service. Everyone was so kind and our German Shepherd Kaiser looked so dashing after his visits. Staff are very patient and friendly with Kaiser.
My wife took our 15 week lab to have his nails clipped and the groomer actually cut him and made him bleed. Place was still dirty from the dogs before. Absolutely shocking.
