“Used this company, they do what they say they are going to do. Good communication throughout. Decided to take the things to ship direct to them as it was more economical and they packed it all. It arrived safely the other side of the world, was even able to track the ship etc, fascinating! Will use again.”

“Seen quickly by gentle and caring staff! My 10 year old son was referred here for a blood test. Naturally he was a bit nervous but the staff were very understanding and prepared for worried patients. I was tempted to dock a star for the car park which is a bit confusing and over crowded but that would be mean.”

“Had a really delicious lunch here today. The curry, chunky chips, Caramel Apple Betty desert was of great proportion, delivered with a smile by the friendly waitress called Jess. My daughter had the open chicken chibatta with chunky chips followed by ice cream with chocolate flake & wafer. Washed down with the refillable diet coke & Fanta Orange. All in all, it was a lovely meal and didn't break the bank.”

“I sent to of my 20" wheels in for refurbishment. I had purchased a groupon voucher. I was amazed at the work done on the alloys. They look as good as new. I was not expecting much with the low cost of the groupon but I was thoroughly impressed. I will see you again soon as I'm sure my wife will curb the lovely new look alloys.”

It seems the restaurant was unexpectedly busy and therefore delivery took longer than expected I then had plans and could not wait for it to be delivered and Deliveroo was refusing a refund. However I had someone at SMOQUE’S by the name of BETSY WHO WAS SO WONDERFUL. So so so helpful, kind and understanding of my situation and helped me so much. Thankfully I got my refund and I must say Betsy is a true gem and credit to the company. Thank you so much for your help Betsy. I will be ordering again as I know how good the food is!!”

Not only was she super helpful and knowledgeable of the products but she was also just very kind and easy to talk with… she spent a long time talking through options with us and really did try to get us the best TV within our price range! “Placed an order over the phone for a set meal. Lady on the telephone is sooo friendly and same with delivery driver, can’t fault the service at all, felt the Asian hospitality. The food arrived hot. Sweet and sour sauce/rice/chicken balls 5* but shredded beef a lot more harder than other places but still very tasty and a solid *4 and for the price is soo worth it. Will order again.”

I had been having a bad day, then when I arrived I had severe issues beyond what most people could cope with accessing money from the ATM, because of an faux pas by my bank, then I couldn't use my bank card on the contact less beepy thing, I am a wheelchair user and had to call my bank multiple times. “I have endless amazing things to say about this nursery! My little one had been in nursery from a year old but had reached a point where she was no longer happy and really did not enjoy going in. We moved her to Apple tree Montessori nursery and the change was instant! She LOVES it here! She hops in and barely bothers to say goodbye! I ask her about her day and she has a list of things to tell me, and the feedback from all the staff is amazing. They take the time to get to know the children so well. I really feel they enjoy the time spent with my little one rather then it being ‘just a job’. My daughters confidence is amazing since starting here as well and she has come along leaps and bounds, even with her appetite which we had struggled with previously. I would recommend this nursery to EVERYONE! I love it, and it makes me happy to see my daughter so happy and safe when she’s not with me. Thank you Montessori staff for being wonderful!”

Last minute emergency on a saturday, having called to get some advice, he kindly recommended to bring it in to have a look, little did i realise that he would then carry out a genius fix. Massively appreciate the time taken to do this last minute on a saturday to get me back on the road despite being booked until the end of August, working past closing time. To me, thats service (i felt awful!) Highly recommend, absolute legend!”
