   My daughter bought a babychino, and dropped it on the counter, a child dropped it, the girl helped clean the counter, but they didnt even offer another cup for her, thats bad service. Accidents happen. The lady that makes the coffees at the back even asked what happed, the front girl said she dropped and the response was oh OK. Ive seen other places replace drinks that was dropped by accident.

   We always enjoy a good sit down watch the world around us and activities going on. Always smiley service. Good treats and yummy sandwhiches. Wish there was a way to see the treats better.

   Nice spot for a coffee at Preston Park, had an espresso and it was ok. Staff where friendly. Toilets, not sure if it's their resp.. but just go if absolutely necessary emergency.

   Can't justify buying anything from them any more: it's just so overpriced. We used to love a little walk through the park when we first moved to the area, stopping for a coffee and a snack. Now we've been priced out. The toilets are depressing too.

   This cafe has good baked goods however my god it is Sooooo expensive. A scoop of ice cream is £4.95 - this is a joke! Who do they think go to the park? royalty or the ultra-rich? I'd never buy anything from this cafe again.

   Very convenient place in the middle of the park. They have learnt not to make coffee extremely hot that you burn your lips. Got once cinnamon roll as a treat which turned out to be stale so not getting that again, flapjack on the other hand very tasty. Even though just 3*, it is better than the other cafe in the park.

   Ordered 2 coffees and ended up with some undrinkable milky stuff (I didn't ask for milk). When I asked for a new one, I was told in quite rude way that it is what it is and if I want new ones, they would have to charge me. Quite shocking.

   Dry shortbread and cakes often dry. Another place which does well due to lack of competition. Also they've no awareness of queue management having over looked my 10 year old tall son, in preference to serve an adult who stood right in the middle and was clearly visible. Perhaps the system of taking orders, walking away, bringing the previous order and orders needs looking at. I dont rate the ither cafe in the park in particular but at least they dont have this problem although their prices are even more expensive.

   Not great! Convenient that it's there but. We had shakes and cake and both were quite tasteless. Bins overflowing. And a bit untidy. Shame as a good location

   Visited this cafe the other day Their was literally loads of rubbish from the customer's everywhere on the ground and being blown all over the park! The lady behind the counter, said they used to have their own bin, but no longer wish to pay for one! And to basically use the small council over flowing bin! Surely it's their responsibility to clear up the mess. It's really not right to just ignore this problem. So irresponsible.... and disgusting.
