   Placed an order over the phone for a set meal. Lady on the telephone is sooo friendly and same with delivery driver, can’t fault the service at all, felt the Asian hospitality. The food arrived hot. Sweet and sour sauce/rice/chicken balls 5* but shredded beef a lot more harder than other places but still very tasty and a solid *4 and for the price is soo worth it. Will order again.

   Waited an hour and had to ring. Finally arrived. Ordered the crispy duck. Was all fatty and slimy couldn't tell what was meat if there was any, I sent it back and they replaced it but was the same. Won't order again. The service was good but food is a no.

   Ordered online and delivered bang on time, lovely and hot. Chips - lovely House curry - the meat was duck skin (I think?) not very nice, curry taste wasn't brilliant BBQ ribs in sauce - lovely House Chow Mein - tasteless but plentiful. .... I mixed some of the BBQ rib sauce in to give flavour. .. there was a white/ colourless thick sauce in the chow mein and it didn't look appetizing. Overall shant order again as not best impressed. If we do will order something different, better to try another in the area!

   I went in there 5 minutes ago to pick up my sweet and sour chicken balls which are lovely but the girl behind the counter was so rude. Yes you with the grey jumper on tonight. She handed me my food. I said thank you and goodbye twice and she didn’t even look up from her phone. You must only be working there because you’re family.

   We've been ordering from Lee House for a while and never had an issue until this evening. Only a small order of salt and pepper prawns and special fried rice. Had a few prawns and then tipped the rice onto the plate, started eating and found 2 short black hairs in it. Phoned them to be told to bring it back for a refund. Got there, the girl then started refusing to give us a refund saying we didn't know what we were talking about when we said we had the right to get a full refund. Left with prawns as apparently management refused to refund them as we had eaten 2 of them-they refunded the rice only. Very rude girl saying We've never worked within hospitality as "the customer isn't right" when in fact we have. Non of the staff wear hair nets despite this being one of the food hygiene regulations. Never going back! Told them that, and the girl said "good, go round all the other establishments and see no one wears hair nets". Customer service is shocking!!! If you want questionable hair in your food, then this is the place for you! How they have a grade 5 for food hygiene is concerning.

   Helpful on the phone. Went off and called me back to confirm food was ok for vegans. Very quick delivery. Food arrived piping hot. Nice crunchy vegetables. Very tasty. Will use again when we're in the area.
