Thought I'd try this particular Beef Eater out as I've never been to this one before. It's not the best oneI've been to. There's a shortage of staff, and one can tell. Despite it not being busy, the three front of house staff were rushing around trying to serve and seat new customers. It all felt a little rushed if I'm being honest, not something I'm too fond of. Despite all this, my drinks and food didn't take too long to arrive and were fine. So on that main front, there's no issue.

The staff there are rude, leave you waiting for a long time and have alot of annomisty towards any people of colour who they either direct there aggression too or leave to serve last and give you appalling service. This was both evening service and breakfast with the female staff mainly. I generally felt like this was like a horrible place with attitudes stuck in time. The food itself - when you get it - is alright although what you get depends on who you are I'm not sure why I got these chips they weren't my preference. I would avoid this place and discourage any progressive enlightened people to do the same.

Had a really delicious lunch here today. The curry, chunky chips, Caramel Apple Betty desert was of great proportion, delivered with a smile by the friendly waitress called Jess. My daughter had the open chicken chibatta with chunky chips followed by ice cream with chocolate flake & wafer. Washed down with the refillable diet coke & Fanta Orange. All in all, it was a lovely meal and didn't break the bank.

Terrible experience in Horsham ‘Station’. Waited 15 mins to be approached to get seated, after 20 min we ask if anybody taking orders. Food arrived quickly, but.. poached egg was more like hard boiled, grilled tomatoes were like boiled - I’ve sent them back and advised - these are not grilled. I’ve agreed to have tomatoes change and yet again - boiled looking ones arrived. Very understaffed, busy breakfast time with only 2 waitresses- one running doing everything, another one just dishing out plates. Tables stayed untidy long after people have gone. We will never be back and will never recommend this place.

Four of us had a wonderful meal at The Beefeater, Horsham on 5:00 pm, 02/02/2023. Three had burgers and my granddaughter had the steak sandwich. I know this my seem a little over the top.. but I am 67 and my burger was probably the best I have ever eaten..!!! Peroni on the tap at £5.35 was a pleasant surprise. 6 -7 ,pounds in other places. Shirley, who was serving us was was wonderful. We very much enjoyed our meal and will definitely book again very soon.. Thank you.

Went there for lunch after Boxing Day. Serve speed is faster than last time. Meat dish always looks big which I like it. In general I go there when I want feast on a meat combo.

I come here with my teens for a breakfast treat but it's not up to scratch. The building is tired, the food is tired, the air is tired .. compared to other beefeater restaurants this has seen better days and needs some investment. Toilets are pretty rank too. But the all you can eat breakfast is not bad and the staff are always friendly I just think it could do better in a town with so much to offer this is low end of the market

I’m only posting one star as the option for zero isn’t available. We went for breakfast and to say it was terrible is an understatement. Our food was absolutely terrible. Not just one of us either, all but one of our party of six had awful food. It was not cooked fresh but instead left to sit for who knows how long. The black pudding I had was cold and raw on the middle and a member of our group ended up with food poisoning.. The chef tom was rude to the other staff and was shouting and swearing when a big group came in because he had to cook everything fresh. I have never known a chef to be like this. Why do the job if you’re not prepared to make everything fresh to order. Needless to say we didn’t pay for our meal and left. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend any else to unless Tom isn’t working.
