Ordered my first takeaway from here tonight and it was insane. Butter lamb, pilau rice, hariyali chicken, garlic naan and saag aloo. Wow! Incredible. Will not go anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough!
The best Indian food we’ve had in a long time! The menu is just the right size, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The staff were absolutely lovely - attentive without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We’ll definitely be back!
We ordered a takeaway from here last night and I think it might be the best Indian takeaway I've ever had! Lamb Rara Gosht was incredible, as was the Chicken 65! Very lovely service too and it was super quick for us to collect.
Wow. If I could give The Curry Lounge 15* I would. The service was exceptional, we were greeted by two friendly men who confirmed our order to us twice and were incredibly polite — using our names, wishing us a good night and even holding the door for us. The food is amazing. It’s the exact Indian food you’re looking for when you start to crave it — super flavourful, cooked to perfection, not overly oily. Prices are fair for the portion sizes and quality. Not to mention their clearly marked Vegan menu, making catering to one of our party’s dietary requirements a breeze. As newly arrived residents, we’ll be frequenting The Curry Lounge for sure and would definitely recommend them. Thank you!
We'll be back!..lovely all round and food more authentic than your usual curry houses in the UK (ie. a couple of samey sauces with the meat added) ..wonderful service and spotlessly clean. Fancy folded napkins and hot towels opened for you. Nice touch. Look forward to our next visit
Don't often review but I was so pleased with our beautiful meal tonight from Curry Lounge. We were supposed to go out for my mum's birthday but she wasn't well so ordered a tikka korma for delivery instead, one of our favourites but not often done well. As our first try of this place we were delighted with the dishes we received, good prices and polite and helpful service. The delivery driver was also incredibly polite and friendly. We will definitely use Curry Lounge again. Many thanks!
Staff so friendly and so attentive. Food is incredible and allows you to try dishes you wouldn't find in many high street restaurants. Both this and Curry village are the best in the area for Indian food.
